I'm getting on really well with my Mercedes from the Nelson branch of Cartime. I was a good experience buying from them, there were no issues with Asam, it did take a while to sort the paperwork out and would have been nice if he was assigned to just help us whilst we were there but it all worked out and they kept checking in with us and asking if we wanted a drink as well which was nice. I bought a convertible so I'm just hoping to sun comes out again soon!!

The car is good so far, so hope it carries on like this but we have only just got the car so hope it carries on like this. The customer service was good, and he was straight to the point and wasn't pushy which I appreciated.

The Volvo is great, its lovely! But I do have a couple of points of feedback to give, I am based in Belfast so was flying over to get the car so allot of the sales process was done remotely. and a few things were missed out on the run down about the car which was frustrating, I found there was some scratch's on the car that I wasn't aware of, which the dealer informed they would give me a refund for instead of knocking of the price which I haven't yet received. But other than this it was good and the staff there at Cartime were polite and friendly and I would go back again

Pretty good car, just got chargepoint fitted. Its my first electric car and finding the switch pretty good. Staff were great. Mo was nice chap who I dealt with for most of it. I have no qualms in recommending the company to others.

There's one issue, but I'm booked in this week to start it out at the aftercare centre, so hopefully, that gets done. I was kind of disappointed with the experience itself, I I couldn't get in touch with the guy I sold the I bought the car from and I'm a bit confused on where my V5c is up to, what warranty I have, but other than that, the car's fine. They they were sound enough, but, when I turned up after work the branch shuts seven. I ended up staying till half seven, but I felt like I kind of got rushed out.

I had a bit of trouble with the underlay of the car, but that's been booked in to the get all sorted next week by Cartime. But besides this the car is fine. When I look back on the experience I would say everything was straightforward with no issues at all. This was my first time using them but I think I would use them again in the future.
