Couldn’t fault the service, I can't thank them enough. They were very polite & pleasant. I wanted electric, it's brilliant. The Nelson branch had the MG X power model I wanted and the price was brilliant. I was buying one at the Rochdale branch but it wasn’t the X Power which turned out to be cheaper on insurance for me, they were great as well. Only thing is I’m waiting on a 2nd key fob which they said they will send. Cartime delivered the car to me the next day, perfect. The delivery guy was great. Perfect, quick process, I don’t see how they could make it any easier. I will recommend.

Cartime's customer service was brilliant! It was such a quick and easy process everything just went through so smoothly and it was the easiest car I have bought on finance so far. Mohammed was brilliant honestly, he made everything so much easier for me. He even planned when I was going to go in to have a test dive, everything was just brilliant. Overall it was mainly just when I went into the dealership and I was seeing all the positive experiences everyone else was having it was just so nice to see and it was so busy too so they must be doing something right for everyone to be there on a Sunday.

I went to Cartime through a recommendation, and it was a five star experience. The salesman Asam was amazing, helped us through the process well. The Golf is perfectly fine and would buy from them again in the future.

I liked the specification of the Renault from Cartime so I went with them. I was impressed with how they were able to resolve any disagreements or conflict. On top of that, I also admired how easy it was to get in contact with them.

Mohammad's service was good

I used to own an MG before, so I knew what I was getting into. The MG-5 Cartime offered good price and the service from Asam was good.

To be honest my misses was buying a car at the same time, so it made sense to go to Cartime. But my experience was very good, the follow up to be fair has been a little lacklustre, I have a chip in the windscreen, and I haven’t heard anything from them, but I do need to follow up myself but in terms of service when I was there and stuff it was pretty good. The gentleman was a really nice guy quite keen and had all the information that we needed 4 stars, but I am sure they will fix it for me.

The car was purchased for my son, it has been fine. I think we dealt with Mohammed on the day. He was a nice guy, nice environment and wasn't pushy. Compared to the garage we dealt with before going to Car Time, it is a five out of five.

The Audi A1 has been perfectly fine, and the salesman I dealt with on the day was great.

The Skoda Kodiaq itself is absolutely fantastic. I’m really pleased with it. The customer service was brilliant as well. Kane, who I dealt with, was honest and not pushy at all. That really stood out to me. would definitely recommend them.
