Marked the score down as I had an issue with payment which was stressful. And then obtaining tax for the vehicle was not easy. Then finally I had sent 2 emails after sales just to ask about the V5 and no one ever replied to me.

The Volkswagen is sound. I looked around and I found it had a good price for the miles and spec. When it came to the buying process however, I had to pay an extra 1500 quid without me knowing about it.

A decent priced car with good service history, I came from London to collect it. I researched CarTime and it had really good reviews on Google. Happy with the service by the customer service agent. The car has been great for the past two months I've had it.

Cartime has just been amazing I love the Kia, the only thing is something keeps falling off the tyre but it’s not affecting me too bad, but I will give them a call later in the week to ask. Other than that, it’s all been amazing Paul was great he was really informing. Just amazing really good. Five stars.

The Cupra has been fine so far, there was a couple of issues when I turn it on it comes up with some error lights but then it disappears but it hasn’t been a problem so far. The customer service from Asam was very good he was really good. I was recommended by my friends and I seen the car from Cartime and went from there.

Overall it was a very good experience, and the salesman was helpful. We already had a good idea of the car that we wanted before we went to the dealership. It was all pretty smooth and easy enough. Since the purchase, the Skoda has been running well. I'd give my experience a 4.5 out of 5.

Definitely not having any problems with the Nissan Juke, I love it. They didn’t sell me the unrepaired car which I was very glad about. Asan was very good, very confident, answered all my questions, and its all running smoothly.

I originally reviewed cartime Nelson on the day I bought the car, but a few days later and I have came back to update. Everything seemed smooth with the purchasing of the car, but a few days later I contacted the DVLA to check on the status of my logbook, as I wanted to get my personalised plates on my car as soon as possible. To my surprise, they informed me that the ownership was not transferred over to me, meaning the logbook had not been ordered when I purchased the car. I contacted the branch, spoke with Asam and now the DVLA website says the new V5C has been processed and issued as of today, 5 days after purchase. Meaning it will be delayed but will arrive at my address hopefully soon.
I understand mistake can happen, especially when you are a busy dealership, but having the car in your name is a basic part of the process. Quite disappointed by this, but thankfully it seems to have now been resolved after chasing it up. Glad I checked this with the DVLA a few days ago or I would’ve been without the V5C.
I got a great deal on the car through finanace and I love it, but feel let down by the processing of documents.

The Picanto is doing alright, I just passed my driving test, so this is a nice first car. I was looking for this type of car and Cartime had a good deal on it, low mileage and a full-service history so it was a no brainer. I dealt with Asam, he was brilliant and really friendly!
