This is my first electric car. I've had 15 cars in my lifetime, and the Tesla is the best one I've had. I'm really pleased with it. My experience at Car Time was very good, I'm very happy with the service and the car.

My old car was 14 years old and was coming up to its MOT, so it was time for an upgrade. I went to a few different dealerships before I went to Car Time, and Car Time were definitely the best. I can't remember the name of the gentleman, but he was very helpful. I'd recommend the dealership to others based on my experience.

From start to finish, both the sales man and then dealing with sorting everything out afterwards has been great! Friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile.

Really pleased with my new car, I have done about 2500 miles in it already as I travel around for work. I would say I have given it a good test with the long drives and I haven't had any issues at all. Bradley at CarTime was really helpful, he made sure everything was done efficiently yet quickly. I test drove and viewed it on the Friday and went to pick it up a few days after. In that time between he made sure the car had been valeted for me and ready for when I arrived. WOuld rate my experience 5 stars all the way.

Everything has been fine with my car so far. The only problem I had throughout this sale was the tax on my old vehicle wasn't taken off right away so I ended up having an extra month of tax when I didn't even own the vehicle anymore. I did find this unfair. However the experience buying was very positive, Suhaib who helped me even stayed later at the dealership so I could get everything done that day. I really do appreciate him staying later for me and being very helpful throughout the sale. I would give my overall experience a 4/5.
