My experience overall was not too bad and to be honest I’ve never heard of Cartime before as I'm quite far away from Wakefield. It happened that they had the right model of car with the right spec for me at the time. I did take it on a test drive the second time around just because when I initially went down there to give it a test drive it was locked up in prep and no one could manage to find the keys but, I did take another car with similar spec for a test drive so I knew roughly what it would have been like to drive at the time. I just wasn’t sure of there setup because it felt like the salesman wasn’t sure on some of the vehicles sometimes, as well as recently doing a deep clean on the car I found the parcel shelf didn’t seem to be fitted right but that is the only negative, other than that the customer service wasn’t too bad. In terms of actual politeness and professionalism I would say that Sam was polite and professional. 👍

My experience has been fantastic! It was very quick and simple and what stood out to me is that I didn’t feel like I was getting overcharged which is a positive. Duncan was also brilliant, he came in on his day off and just made everything quick and easy.

It has been an okay experience so far, when I left the dealership, the car did break down so we had to take it back in limp mode and they did fix it. The service was good they are nice people we weren’t there that long apart from the breakdown it’s been okay. 👍
