I was specifically looking for a Cupra online, and I saw the one advertised at Car Time. I went down and part exchanged my BMW 1 Series. Everything at the dealership was all good, and it was Asam who I dealt with. He was really good, and based on my experience, I would recommend Car Time to others.

The BMW Series 1 had the spec I wanted. When it came to receiving the documentation, I did feel like that process was a bit slow. Other than that, the salesman took me for a test drive so that was good.

The staff at Car Time were fantastic. One of them showed me the Kia Picanto, and I fell in love with the car. It has been brilliant, and I'm really enjoying the car.

My buying experience at Cartime Bury back in April was easy, to be honest. Jason was the salesman that I dealt with, and the Mini Cooper I bought has been fine, I haven't had any issues.

I love the fact that I have insurance with Cartime for 3 years.

I was looking for a good family car, i done a bit of research and my friends recommended me the Prius Plus, the car has been good. My experience with Shazad has been very good.

My Tesla is ok. I would recommend the dealership however, one issue I had was a delay in transferring the car. It took two weeks which is a problem when you have a Tesla. I saw the car online. Paul dealt with me but didn’t seem prepared when answering my questions about the price of the car. Due to the distance to the dealership I asked for a walk around video of the car and when I got there, there was part of the interior which needed changing that I wasn’t told about but they managed to fix it. This is my first electric car and finding the switch ok.

The price and mileage were pretty good to be fair compared to the rest of the market. They are also local to me so it just sort of ticked all the boxes. I’d been looking for a couple of months and they have a good reputation so felt confident. There was a little confusion on times of my appointment but apart from that it was pretty smooth. Any concerns I had were sorted out. There were a few marks on the bodywork but it all got sorted out as well so there were no concerns.

Really great experience with Cartime Bury. Bradley was very helpful on the day and ensured that the purchase of our EV went as smoothly as possible. The after-sales team have also been excellent. Would thoroughly recommend.
