Cartime Bury are nice people till you have signed up, before this nothing is too much trouble. Once signed you are truly on your own beware! Jack ford (salesman) will tell you anything to get a deal Tony Preston (sales Manager) will not call you back despite promises If you though Auther Daily was a character from the past you have not been to Car Time, 6 year plan complete rip off don’t even consider it poor value when you study the terms that they try the best to hide from you until after you sign. The car I collected had not been serviced in over a year, was initially told services upto date, heated screen not working, wheel bearing noise, upholstery damage, this in my experience which has been truly traumatic and is shocking service. They hide behind email and constantly fob you off. Spend you hard earned money elsewhere! No doubt Car Time you will now comment and offer help, a shame you were not interested before.

Sorry for the length of review about Cartime but please read to save yourself stress....Started off well with lots of contact from the salesperson Paul, on arrival I was left to wonder around the car lot until I saw a car that grabbed my attention but not the one I had told them over the phone I wanted to look at. After 30 mins in the cold I went back to the showroom to tell the salesperson I couldn't find the vehicle I came to see, which turned out to be at their smaller lot over the road. He opened the car so I could take a look and asked me if I wanted to proceed, no offer of test drive, which I had to ask for. He didn't check to see if I had a licence, which I commented on, he then sat in the back seat on his mobile phone whilst I took the car on the motorway, thankfully my car-savvy son was with me so I could make an informed decision. I paid my deposit (which I will add was refunded promptly after sale completed) then the fun began. I was pushed to go with their finance company Oodle although I am still to receive a formal written quotation from Cartime despite asking, it took 5 days for a verbal quote to be provided during which time the finance company I had already chosen were proceeding smoothly with my application, money at the ready. The salesperson ignored their emails and refused their calls then after 18 calls from myself sent an invoice with incorrect bank details so the finance company paid into the wrong account! This fiasco took 11 days from deposit to collection, filled with fob offs, excuses and rude receptionists. Picked up the car, after being handed the keys the salesperson walked off with his colleague and left me to figure out the car by myself, no info on where the filling station was, nothing. Nice cars but AVOID AT ALL COST and don't touch their warranty offer. Customer care is non-existent.
Absolutely highly recommend to buy a car from Cartime, wonderful service,Paul B who sold the fiesta to us was great! All staff very friendly and very professional.

Still chuffed with my new car from Cartime Bury weeks after buying it, no issues with the purchase or the car in fact I couldn't have hoped for the whole process to be any smoother plus I got a great car at a great price!

We came today to purchase a new car at Cartime, we were greeted on arrival but not hounded , our sales person Andreas has been very helpful and friendly we feel we’ve been dealt with fairly efficiently and professionally and in a friendly manner. We will recommend families and friends to Cartime Bury Mr & Mrs Noon

Cartime Bury is an absolutely shocking company. Car I bought (Jaguar) was full of issues (broken handbrake button, broken sun visor, big hole in the carpet, automatic start-stop faulty and absolutely stank of vomit.) When I called to get the issues resolved, I was constantly told they had to speak to the sales person to see what was agreed before they would do anything! Eventually when I took the car in, they fobbed me off and told me it was still under manufacturers warranty and was told to take it back to them to get issues resolved. Was completely lied to to my face - was told that they have courtesy cars when they're doing work to your car. Complete lie. Was told they had ordered me a hand-brake button. Complete lie. Avoid!

My initial experience with CarTime was very good. The salesman was very helpful and the selection of cars was good, and agreeing to buy a car went smoothly. When I went to collect the car we were left waiting for about 30-40 minutes. Despite there being many sales staff around, we had to wait for the salesmen whom we had seen previously. From an overheard comment I felt that, because I wasn't taking out a finance or servicing package, we weren't a priority. When I got home I realised there was no service history with the car except the sheet from CarTime's service department. I phoned several times and left messages, but the salesman never returned my call. When I received an email inviting me to write online reviews, I replied asking for information about the service history. They suggested that the history might be online with Seat, whom I approached and have been told they have no record of it being serviced. CarTime now tell me they have no record of the service history when they bought the car. Overall, I am very happy with the car, but felt the service from CarTime when I went to collect the car, and subsequently, have left a lot to be desired.

Went to Cartime in bury looking for a new car met mike the sales man who was very helpful.Told him what sort of cars we were looking for and he sorted us out with a Mercedes Benz A200 on a 15 plate.Just wanted to say how easy and helpful they made the whole experience.
From start to finish I felt welcome at cartime bury. Some places are small and you don’t even get a brew but they make sure you feel at home thank you to Andy Pete and Fiona brilliant from start to finish recommend highly.
