All good, very happy. No complaints at all. Staff were good, very understanding of me being an anxious driver and made accommodations' for that. Filippo was great. He kindly held onto the car a while for me whilst I sorted insurance which was good of them. After I bought it, he brought the car over to me and kindly held on to it a while for me which was nice. This was my first time buying a car and it was a good experience.

Good range of cars, friendly staff with no pressure sales, the process was simple. However, I reported an issue with the vehicle the morning after collection (19 hours). There has been some communication about this, but service is slow, this was nearly 2 months ago and still no resolution. The sales side of the experience with Murad was great. What also stood out to me was the fact that the cars advertised were actually ready to be viewed, and I didn't have to wait a couple of weeks like other dealerships.

Cars fine. I originally saw a car around the corner but it was overpriced compared to Cartime and they were pushy so went to Cartime in Nelson. The staff there were good, helpful, but not pushy. I took the car about a week later whilst it went through prep. I liked how Mitchell wasn’t pushy. Would recommend

Lee was brilliant from start to finish, and the Range Rover has been fine not had any issues.

I'm getting on ok with the Mercedes I bought from Cartime. Few problems with the car but its booked in under warranty. Quick process on the day, Azhar was nice. He gave us the info we needed, got full tank of petrol.

I put details into the internet because there was a certain colour and type I wanted and it popped up. We communicated over the phone which was absolutely fantastic. Shazad was really helpful, keeping me informed the whole way and then the young lad delivered it to us was absolutely spot on, so I could not fault that in any way. Shazad was helpful filling in the forms and was always ready to help and happy and for me this goes along way. Since having the car I’m alittle disappointed with the condition of the panoramic roof and will need to get it looked so gave three stars but it should be five as I was made up with way I was treated & how the process went.

We saw the car online and went along to Cartime. Michael was lovely. He was really understanding with the prices and budget, really nice, can't fault him. Other dealers hound you but Michael left us to it but was still there if we needed him. When I got car, there were a couple of scratches on the windscreen but I’m waiting on the dealership to sort them, that’s the only issue but everything else is perfect.
