This was our second time going to Cartime, and each time, everyone at the dealership has been welcoming, friendly, and polite. This time, we went for an MG MG HS. When we picked it up, it was lovely and clean, all ready to go. I would say the service was a little better last time, but I honestly can't recommend them enough. Michael was our initial salesman and he was great but when we came to see the vehicle he wasn't very well, so another member of the team was helping me who was lovely to deal with. The Volvo has been great, and I'm enjoying it. Based on my experience I would buy from them again.

Grant at Cartime in Bury has been absolutely amazing! I bought a Kia Stonic back in February, but sadly my knee problems have flared up again, so I can’t drive a manual anymore. Grant’s been helping me swap it for an automatic—funny enough, all my cars have been red, and this one will be too! Big thanks to Grant for being so on the ball and making the process so easy.
