I was going to but a Toyota Prius which in the advert says 2019 but in fact it is a 2013 model and is an import. Dealer didnt say nothing about the car however there is a long list their terms and conditions and that they dont entertain people without appointments and that they dont see their email regularly bla bla bla. I am so glad that I have seen this site of their reviews. Thanks guys.

Sold a mondeo which looked abit dirty on the outside but nothing a wash wouldn’t sort, we asked very specifically if there is anything at all we should know about and that we understood the age related wear and tear but we’re told that the engine is fine there’s no issue to worry about, on route to my mates who is a mechanic and it overheats coming off the motorway, we refill it with coolant (30L in total we put in the car over 3 days) and now when we’ve taken it back they refuse to give us a refund, I’m disabled and autistic and they fully took advantage of my lack of knowledge they are scum bags and should be shut down it’s max that this country allows people to get away with this, I don’t have much money I’m now left unable to go anywhere and without money to get a new car so this place loves to take advantage who have physical and mental disabilities.

I was going to visit this place tomorrow, 24/6/23. After reading all these reviews, I will take a swerve (pun intended). I do hope everyone who lost money was able to get it back.

Do not buy from this company I’ve report to trading standards they sold my daughter a car with head gasket on way out and won’t help or even look at the car! 1800 down the drain after one month read the other reviews wish we did

REPOSTING MY FEB2021 REVIEW TO KEEP ENSURING NO ONE ELSE FALLS FOT THIS SCAM, READ ALL THE REVIEWS HERE, ON AUTOTRADER AND GOOGLE - THEY ALL CANT BE WRONG Wish I had read the reviews below AS THIS PLACE IS THE WORST please be warned this place is trading as CAR VALLEY, HY car sales, Press car sales, Harrow car sales, TJK car sales; its all the same guy Haris Younas from the same building ........ bought a car from this place the car drove fine, cosmetic condition was average from what i could see there were minor things id need to do bulbs, lamps etc.....however a week or so later with qualified master technicians by my side to our horror we found a tremendous oil leak, bad work carried out previously, parts missing, bolts missing, impact damage to the underside, coolant leak and what I can only describe as the worst attempt at making the car road worthy, i sincerely doubted the day old mot and service i had been given when i bought it. I immediately took it back to be told without even them looking at the car that theres nothing wrong with the car even though I had taken images to show the underside of the engine, suspension, gearbox etc...........this guy haris, his 'mechanic' and anyone else that works there knows nothing about cars. be warned I was told I could not return the car, however the next day I was told I could but there would be a £1000 admin fee, although it says £100-£500 on the photocopied template receipt. eventually I was told that he has no money and that refunds are not carried out until he can resell the car, which would mean me handing over the car, risking £7500 for god knows how long just so he can rip off someone else as well as me. I opted to repair the car as my trust was lost and rightfully so, however It did not end there, he had still withheld the log book after 9 days, and not settled the previous owners finance, I requested this to be sorted, he refused..........my legal right to that logbook was denied, i was however told that I would have to sign a document that basically stated that I would not sue him, and that once signed he would sign over the logbook to DVLA and clear the finance....finance was not cleared HPI checks until 6 weeks later, log book i received within a week. i have written all of this to warn others you will only get bad news every time you speak to this con artist. be warned. stay safe. do not go here whatsoever. i regret so much, thankfully i was able to repair the car to worthy condition.

They don't deserve to be operational as they are criminals ,taking advantage of people and selling them faulty cars, as they did with me so avoid avoid buying any thing from them
