I’ve asked if there was anything that I should know about the car, being told no
Everything is ok
Find out it’s missing few tings from underneath of the car , badly repaired bumper and cable ties

I was going to but a Toyota Prius which in the advert says 2019 but in fact it is a 2013 model and is an import. Dealer didnt say nothing about the car however there is a long list their terms and conditions and that they dont entertain people without appointments and that they dont see their email regularly bla bla bla.
I am so glad that I have seen this site of their reviews. Thanks guys.

Sold a mondeo which looked abit dirty on the outside but nothing a wash wouldn’t sort, we asked very specifically if there is anything at all we should know about and that we understood the age related wear and tear but we’re told that the engine is fine there’s no issue to worry about, on route to my mates who is a mechanic and it overheats coming off the motorway, we refill it with coolant (30L in total we put in the car over 3 days) and now when we’ve taken it back they refuse to give us a refund, I’m disabled and autistic and they fully took advantage of my lack of knowledge they are scum bags and should be shut down it’s max that this country allows people to get away with this, I don’t have much money I’m now left unable to go anywhere and without money to get a new car so this place loves to take advantage who have physical and mental disabilities.

heya, a friend of mine, some one i deeply care about, has also had the exact problem you have described this issue has gone to court many times but there is a different angel to take that will resolve this issue... this is not taking the company (which name he changes often) but taking the man to court to involve all the evidence collected by all victims for deformation, prejudice and fraud THIS is a court case that can finally bring this scammer to justice but we need to come together to sort this. I was going to visit this place tomorrow, 24/6/23. After reading all these reviews, I will take a swerve (pun intended).

I got a little ted mini convertible from them they were very helpful and understanding the car developed a fault withe the battery I contacted them and they arranged for me to take the car in to them and they were very helpful and offered to fix the car if I left it with them I wish more second had car dealers were like this respect to car VALLEY

Do not buy from this company I’ve report to trading standards they sold my daughter a car with head gasket on way out and won’t help or even look at the car! 1800 down the drain after one month read the other reviews wish we did

Wish we read these reviews literally just bought a car for £1798 told it was mechanically sound after exiting the motorway it overheated and will not retain coolant! They are also refusing to refund us for selling an unroadworthy vehicle, please contact me and I’m sure both claims side by side should benefit us both
