Avoid at all costs ! These are scammers selling scrapped / insurance write off cars with fraudulent MOT passes. No car is worth buying from them , you will spend half as much if not more on repairs just for it to be road safe again . If you do end up in a similar situation report them to DVSA and take legal action . Thats the only language these cowboys understand. Also do not get intimidated by that nonsense they have on their sales receipts ( it says if you want to return the car it will take 21 days to get a refund and they will charge you £500 for admin fees ) Under consumer act law they are required to give you a full refund with in 14 days .

I live 2 hours away and was told the bmw immaculate and the add says all wheels are in perfect condition in Michelin energy saving tyres, I drove to see the car with plans to buy, exterior needs paint correction and interior needs a serious detailing it wasn’t habitable for humans, wheels all on different tyres and the alloys looked like an industrial beaver went to town on them, you’d be looking at paying 5.8k(their asking price) 2000-2500 to get the car to a decent state also please bare in mind one key that was held together by tape and no service history… all in you’d be at 8-9k for a car worth 7500 when it has a full service, disappointing as my part ex which is worth 5 I wouldn’t even do a direct swap, avoid these guys the adds are lies and the cars are cheap auction f*ck ups

wish I had read the reviews below AS THIS PLACE IS THE WORST please be warned this place is trading as CAR VALLEY, HY car sales, Press car sales, Harrow car sales, TJK car sales; its all the same guy Haris Younas from the same building ........ bought a car from this place the car drove fine, cosmetic condition was average from what i could see there were minor things id need to do bulbs, lamps etc.....however a week or so later with qualified master technicians by my side to our horror we found a tremendous oil leak, bad work carried out previously, parts missing, bolts missing, impact damage to the underside, coolant leak and what I can only describe as the worst attempt at making the car road worthy, i sincerely doubted the day old mot and service i had been given when i bought it. I immediately took it back to be told without even them looking at the car that theres nothing wrong with the car even though I had taken images to show the underside of the engine, suspension, gearbox etc...........this guy haris, his 'mechanic' and anyone else that works there knows nothing about cars. be warned I was told I could not return the car, however the next day I was told I could but there would be a £1000 admin fee, although it says £100-£500 on the photocopied template receipt. eventually I was told that he has no money and that refunds are not carried out until he can resell the car, which would mean me handing over the car, risking £7500 for god knows how long just so he can rip off someone else as well as me. I opted to repair the car as my trust was lost and rightfully so, however It did not end there, he had still withheld the log book after 9 days, and not settled the previous owners finance, I requested this to be sorted, he refused..........my legal right to that logbook was denied, i was however told that I would have to sign a document that basically stated that I would not sue him, and that once signed he would sign over the logbook to DVLA and clear the finance....finance was not cleared HPI checks until 6 weeks later, log book i received within a week. i have written all of this to warn others you will only get bad news every time you speak to this con artist. be warned. stay safe. do not go here whatsoever. i regret so much, thankfully i was able to repair the car to worthy condition.

Went to buy a car and got there car price went up by £250 showed original ad screenshot and he started speaking in another language by which point his breath stunk so bad i used it as my oppertunity to leave stay away you have been warned!!!!!!

Bought a car from them went home parked it after two days tried to start it for a journey didn't start car had no power at all call my personal mechanic he checked the car and found out water has damaged the circuit board and the battery most probably they have washed the car before I visited them and made this error but I when I took the car back to them Straight away accused me for damaging it didn't take the responsibility at all I've personally know ididnt do anything else rather parking it at home now I have lost £1350 and no car for two weeks seeking help please help me want to take legal action contact me on olukokoinnocent@gmail.com

These people are criminals. They sold me a faulty car with a severe engine problem that became apparent immediately. I requested a refund 4 days after purchase. They are required to refund me by law but refused to. When I tried to return the car the manager shouted abuse at me and stormed off mid-conversation. His sales guy said I should leave the car with them for repairs - but refused to give me anything in writing to confirm that (they don't even have an email address). Refused to tell me his name or the manager's name. Very suspicious behaviour. They tried to repair the car but the problem persisted. I called to request a refund again a few weeks later and the dodgy behaviour continued - every time I call they transfer me to a different number, lie to me about who I'm talking to, then yell at me and hang up. Stay away and don't give them your money.
