In January, I purchased a vehicle from Carwhinley Cars. When I went to view it it looked perfect and it was absolutely immaculate. However, When I came to collect it there was damage on the exterior which definitely wasn't there before. The dealers tried to pin the responsibility on me for this.I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all.

Very harsh. We discussed this at length where we felt you had backed into your garage door. Nevertheless we agreed to pay£50 towards a smart repair.
The owner of Carwhinley cars, tried to sell me a car knowing it wasn't roadworthy. Luckily, i posted on Facebook saying how happy i was with the car which i had bought and the previous owner told me that there was no DPF in it and that one should be put in it before i bought it. We phoned the owner and he said that he would organise an MOT for me. The car then passed the MOT however, it shouldn't have. I went to collect my deposit which i had paid only to be insulted by the owner. Personally, i would stay away from Carwhinley Cars and not recommend to anyone. I am going to take this matter further as i wouldn't want anyone else to be in my shoes.

How I would know there wasn't said filter in your car is beyond me. Even the senior mot tester wasn't aware. We resolved very quickly and straightforward, a full refund.
Having bought a Mercedes Benz C Class and arranged finance and agreed a trade in my current car, Carwhinley Cars then sold the car to someone else. Be aware of this dealer.

5 members of staff, 60 plus cars across two sites, we apologised unreservedly to the man ......clearly our cars are so reasonably priced that this chap should have such chagrin to defile me on every used car review site he can find . .....
Please be aware of this man if you wish to place a deposit on a car. If you change your mind then you will not receive your deposit back, this will not be explained at the time instead Carwhinley Cars staff will stand in front of you and refuse to give you your money back, so be warned.

Clearly a malicious jealous competitor .......
Carwhinley Cars were very helpful when I went to buy a car from them that I liked in March. Everything from the first moment to last was spot on. No issues with the car or the dealership. I would recommend Carwhinley Cars to friends and family.
