Advertising cars, discussing the quality over the phone, then convincing potential buyers to leave a holding deposit Subject to seeing vehicle and then when questioned why vehicle is so different to that which was described, Ray get aggressive and threatening, subsequently refusing to refund the deposit after saying he would. Besides lying, trying to obtain and retain deposits by truth fabrications, the vehicle we looked at was potentially dangerous as 2 tyres were perished, lens reflectors broken, catalytic converter tampered with all which even a non motor dealer knows are ALL Mot faIlures .
