Just had to drop a recommendation to Carz-4-U for making my car-buying experience top-notch. Brought a handover back in March 2023 had it a few days and head gasket went! Spoke to the and had to pay £250 towards the cost after arguing with them that about it! He tried to say we had done something to the car in the 2 days we had it before it went wrong! Got the car back 3 week later only now to find that the head gasket gone again so clearly hasn’t done the job properly in the first place and coned me out of my money. When I asked for then paperwork for the work done it said I had to leave a 5 star review before he would send the paperwork! Which it’s not something that should be allowed! Please please don’t buy from here! It will only cost you more money! I hope he’s happy knowing that my Christmas is now not going to happen as we’ve just had to spend our children Xmas money getting a new car! PLEASE AVOID AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
