Michael dealt with my purchase of a Focus ST3. He answered any questions and kept me updated through WhatsApp on when the car was going to be ready for collection. On collection everything was really fast and I was good to go in about 10 minutes after signing a few forms. Smooth experience. Would recommend and use again in the future

The Catalina Experience. On 7-1-26 I completed the purchase of a Citroen C1 automatic from Catalina. I was very specific with my requirements. I have a condition called Peripheral Neuropathy which means I I need a car that can be adapted for driving with hand controls. I identified a car on the Catalina website and went to have a look. I was met by a salesman called Michael Hartley. He listened to my requirements. He was very helpful, there was no pressure. I had an extensive test drive and he held the car back until it was confirmed that tha car was suitable for adaptation. Michael made the part exchange deal a simple straight forward process. I feel I have chosen the right car and the right dealer and I'm confident I will receive first class after sales service.
