Paid 4000 for a Vauxhall corsa left the show room 2 mile down the road engine light comes on - they paid for a new 02 sensor fitted at my local garage which was fine - left that garage and it came on again - they said I had to take it back for them to look at however the light went off after 7 hrs - on the 1/5/22 my exudate fully fell off whilst at work as a nurse leaving me out of work for 3days - the warranty they gave me doesn’t cover it and when taking the car to get fixed I had to pay 200 - the mechanic told Tom who every one claims to be amazing and he said he would call me back - my fiancé company called them and again they promised to call back - 2 days later I’ve lost 3 days wages 200 cost for a new exhaust and brackets and they just lie and say they will phone me back. I am now taking this as far as I possibly can with help from a friend that works in law - I am putting a full complaint into trading standards and I am not willing to let this go I have had this car for around 8weeks and depend on it as I’m a Covid tester for the office of national statistics and also I nurse x2 days a week. I find it absolutely disgusting that they haven’t even contacted me back. Do not be fooled by the nice voices and fake reviews.

Buy from this garage at your own peril , on first arriving on forecourt we found some nice motors and we were not pressured to buy at all. We chose a nissan qashqai and took it a test drive , found a couple of minor faults which we were told would be put right before we collected , on driving the car away on collection 30mile away 2 more faults occurred and one more major fault 3 days later , many many calls to them to be constantly told Tom's not available he will call you back , no calls ever returned . 48 calls in total to them . Eventually they agreed to repair car after dragging it out long enough so we couldn't get a full refund . They repaired it only for the fault to occur again (major smoke from under bonnet) . The finance company got involved and advised them to take the car back and they refused . We gave them a second chance to fix the issues and only 32 mile after the car being returned a second time the engine/ turbo smoked badly again . We got video evidence of this as it actually happened and catalina still said there was nothing wrong with the car ?? They eventually agreed to have the car back but would not refund any of our £1000 deposit they said this would be taken for milage we had used . We took the car back to be told by Michael " well there's nothing wrong with it is there and its going straight back on the forecourt " This my friends is the type of rip off merchants you are dealing with and to think that another unknowing customer will buy that very same car with the very same problem, thats pretty poor customer service to me . These guys will happily help to take your money but once you drive off the forecourt will do absolutely nothing to help if you have a problem . We are genuine hard working people that just wanted a fair deal at a fair price and we feel that we have been absolutely trampled on, ripped off and treated like we were liars. People like this do not deserve to have genuine peoples custom. This review is all actual fact .Please take note and give these cowboys a swerve and do yourself the biggest favour that you could. I'm only giving 1 star because it won't allow me to give none .
In October I bought a Red Citroen DS4 1.6 TaHP Sport. After buying the car I filled the tank and insured the car. On the same day of purchase the engine warning light came on and the dealership said the car needed to be reset after service. After noticing the warning light would not disappear I drove back to New Pudsey in limp mode with the car struggling to drive at 30mph. The dealership a couple days later claimed to fix it buy replacing the ignition coil. Halfway home the same day, the same problem returned and the engine fault was again showing. I returned the car the same day. What's shocking is the dealership told me before purchasing that all the mot advisories were resolved and the car was recently serviced. Sadly that was a not true. I was also told I will not be refunded for all the petroleum I put in the car. Untrustworthy, unprofessional con artists the lot. Watch out. I'm going to cast a spell on you all.

Absolutely horrendous , do not buy from this place , they have no respect for people's lives by selling dangerous cars , we bought one , had it checked by an independent mechanic who deemed it un road worthy , we then had to pay for a low loader to return to the garage , Yorkshire police have been informed along with trading standards , so be careful if uve bought a black fiesta metalic, THE POLICE ARE AWARE OF THIS CAR !!!!! AVOID THIS GARAGE PLEASE

Messaged about the car at half 9 in the evening and got a prompt reply and made a viewing for the next day. Looked around the car at my leisure with no pressure from the team. Liked the car and had a test drive. The car was everything it said and I made the purchase. Plain sailing transaction the team sorted my tax out there and then, half an hour after I initially got to the garage I was driving away with a new car. Very happy with both car and service
The best in the business, found the perfect car and dealt with professionally would highly recommend and will be back when its time to swap cars in the future!!!!
Dreadful experience with this garage, would never use them again. Like many reviews on this and other motoring review websites it appears issues like this are common. All very nice until they get your money, at which point it all changes. Problems started within 2 weeks of getting the car, we had been told the car would be serviced & mot'd before we picked it up, the service light came on after 2 weeks, as a precaution we approached an independent garage to look at the car we were presented with a £700 estimate for repairs, some of the issues should have been done during the service that was supposed to have been carried out and one of the items meant the car should have failed it's MOT, after months and months and months of emails and phone calls, constantly chasing & chasing Catalina eventually put some of the items right, but not all of them, the icing on the cake, no cover on the drivers seat which was covered in oil and filthy when we picked the car back up.
