The best in the business, found the perfect car and dealt with professionally would highly recommend and will be back when its time to swap cars in the future!!!!

Dreadful experience with this garage, would never use them again. Like many reviews on this and other motoring review websites it appears issues like this are common. All very nice until they get your money, at which point it all changes. Problems started within 2 weeks of getting the car, we had been told the car would be serviced & mot'd before we picked it up, the service light came on after 2 weeks, as a precaution we approached an independent garage to look at the car we were presented with a £700 estimate for repairs, some of the issues should have been done during the service that was supposed to have been carried out and one of the items meant the car should have failed it's MOT, after months and months and months of emails and phone calls, constantly chasing & chasing Catalina eventually put some of the items right, but not all of them, the icing on the cake, no cover on the drivers seat which was covered in oil and filthy when we picked the car back up.

Tom helped with my purchase, he was helpful and informative. Made it an easy job and took the worry out of it for me. Even arranged to have my car delivered when I was unable to collect it.

I got my first car here after passing my test! To congratulate me they even put on green p plates and a full tank

We bought a car 6 months ago from this hideous place. On the front everything appears professional and legal however the cracks came hard and fast. They have, on an initial forecourt viewing, a very healthy looking fleet of cars but beware these guys are worse than gangsters. Extremely polite and helpful when viewing and purchasing the vehicle but they will do nothing for you once you drive away. They have no respect for the law, no respect for vehicles being legal and safe worthy and they certainly don’t do customer service/support. They lie through their teeth, Michael (if that’s even his name) is the worse f***** for it. I would advise anyone considering this place to buy a car to avoid at ALL COSTS. Karma is a wonderful part of life and these boys will have their day in court when someone is killed in one of their sold faulty cars. I shall be sitting in the courthouse waving them off as their taken down. I can see from all the horrendous feedback and reviews so many people affected by these absolute scum. Oh almost forgot to mention I’ve also contacted BBC Watchdog and Rip off Britain so lads of Catalina of Stanningley do make an effort for the camera, want you looking as good as your cars do, “all frills no knickers” comes to mind 🤣🤣🤣 ps would give zero stars if I could.

Cars on the forecourt are very nice, Tom, his dad Martin and Tim seem very nice when you are buying or interested in the cars for sale….. HOWEVER, after the sale there is ‘NO AFTERSALES SERVICE WHATSOEVER’ they will take your money at point of sale - but woe betide if anything goes wrong with your car, you will not get any work done, you will have to take it elsewhere yourself and pay for any remedial work, even in the first few weeks/months of purchase. We took out an extended “Gold” warranty with them – about £350 but as we found out later it covers very little - and their service team are fully booked up for around a month, so if your fault is urgent, they will suggest you take your car elsewhere for solution. We had a problem with the front tyre going down so we looked for the locking nut in order to take off the wheel and fix the tyre, unfortunately the locking nut supplied by them was not the correct one, when we confronted Catalina to this problem they did not want to know and showed us the door, In the end we had to call Green Flag and it had to be taken on the back of a truck to a garage in order to fix the wheels, it cost us money to fix the problem that Catalina caused. Tom does not like confrontation and will not resolve any issues, Tim is the rottweiler and ‘minder’ of the business – he is a nasty man who shows you the door – whatever your age/gender. Martin has taken a back seat in the business now, but apparently, he was the worst ‘bully’ back in the day. I have now heard so many worrying stories about Catalina from customers to suppliers, and to mechanics that have worked there, I wish I had never driven on to the forecourt. BEWARE OF THEM, AND PURCHASE ELSEWHERE. This outfit is like caronavirus…… deadly. Very dissatisfied customer.

Bought a car from Catalina of Stanningley a few months back, the faults started a week after buying, although they have tried to fix the many problems, they have failed to do so. Now resulting in the car not drivable. Will not refund or exchange the car. I have lost thousands as car is only good for scrap. Dreadful service.

Bought car Tuesday afternoon, rang Catalina of Stanningley Wednesday regarding knocking noise. Told to take it locally, n they would pay for repairs up to a 'reasonable cost , I said depending on the issue I would be seeking a refund. Garage confirmed the knock n stated that whoever had the car previously had attempted to repair the fault, so we're aware. They they then told me to drive it from Doncaster to Leeds so they could repair it Monday, I refused to drive the faulty car, and they have now ceased communication, refused to put advice in writing, refused to collect the car and refund my money. I am now liasing with the powers that be. I am disabled and rely on a car. Shocking. Spend your money elsewhere.
