After buying a high end car for £28,000 from this garage I have had nothing but problems and a complete lack of customer service. One hour before the car was going to be delivered (I'm approximately two and a half hours away from the garage) I was informed that it had a major fault-as it was being delivered imminently I had already changed insurance cover etc. I then had a very long wait over the Christmas period whilst this was sorted. When the car was eventually delivered many weeks later I noticed immediately that it had a rattle and made Cavectra aware. They ok'ed a local garage having a look and said that they would pay for up to two hours of labour. I then had to call and chase for several weeks to get this payment and in the end I had to pay it myself and try and claim the money back. The local garage were unable to fix the fault. When my car was delivered Cavectra took over my courtesy car and had this in their care for several weeks. I have now found out that the car was returned damaged to Enterprise by them with a repair bill of just over £400 which Cavectra has refused to pay. Four months down the line I still have a car that is faulty and a dispute that does not look like it is going to be settled any time soon. The car is now booked in again to be fixed with the inconvenience that this will cause me and the cost of a courtesy car that will need to be covered. I have asked just to have a full refund for the car so will see what happens. I feel that they have taken advantage of the fact that I am a woman on my own and know very little about cars. I am surprised about how badly I have been treated as other reviews are so positive.

This sounds so similar to the issues I had with them. Purchased a Jaguar which was not mechanically sound, they asked me to return the car all the way down from Scotland at my own expense, they had my car for over 4 weeks and when it was returned after the repair, there was damage to the back panel and bumper. they are refusing to accept liability but have offered to fix the damage due to it being damaged while in their possession so that's a big contradiction. They have been nothing but a bunch of cowboys and i'll never buy anything else from them.
So far, so good Having an ingrained mistrust of anyone doing anything with cars (unfair?... Its just through experience). I decided to trust this company after reading other reviews. Bought a fiesta. Apart from a couple of things in the advert that don't exist... Such as tinted windows, DAB, cruise control, everything seems as it should be. Car came with mot. They set me up with tax. Nice drive. Brakes were changed as promised. Staff didn't pressure me. They left me to it. They let me test drive it (I got lost, was gone ages, expected a search party to be sent). All I can say is... So far so good. No problems. They said that they will fix things if needed. Next mot and service will be at mates rates. Happy bunny all around

We identified what we thought was a simple problem on the test drive. They took their time but went the extra yard to ensure why was a a far more serious problem was completely rectified and that we were happy with the car. I would be timely recommend the Cavectra Centre.
Bought a car from the Cavectra Centre. Wasn't cleaned properly inside. No log book so can't tax it. Advertised with Bluetooth but hasn't got it.

Last year, I purchased my Renault Scenic Expression from Cavectra Centre. The car was in good condition when I received it and the dealers were quite helpful. The car was a good price and up to now I have had no issues with it.

I purchased a vehicle back in June. The dealer that I was being dealt with by was not very nice. There were some things wrong with the car which the dealer said they would fix before they handed the car over but they just glued all the broken parts. I have tried to get back to them but they just keep fobbing me off. I would not recommend.

I bought a great Vauxhall Corsa from this dealership with really low mileage for a really good price! The service has been exceptional and any issues I've had have been sorted very quickly and easily. They have also said that I can part ex anytime! I would 100% recommend this dealership.

Cavectra Warranty
All our vehicles come with a minimum of 3-month Parts and Labour Warranty by us. Extended warranties are available on selected vehicles.

All our cars are given a new MoT and Service at the point of sale. Our current turnaround time...
...from deposit to collection* is 2-4 working days.
...from deposit to delivery* is from 7 working days.
*Collection times on vehicles under 3 years old is within 24 hours Monday - Friday.
*Delivery times vary depending on post codes.
What happens if my vehicle goes wrong?
In the event that you encounter problems, have any queries or are just simply unsure on anything with your vehicle pop it in! We'll be happy to take a look and help in any way we can as quickly as possible. In circumstances when we are unable to solve any issues immediately we may request that your vehicle be booked into our workshop on the next available time slot. We do prioritise all our sales vehicles on mechanical booking slots.
