A lot of Cavendish Autos good reviews strangely all come from the same Computer ID they obviously think everybody is stupid as they are, so that means they put Good Reviews on themselves they really are a Dishonest Crowd to deal with give them a wide birth and deal with companies that want to give you decent service. They are being investigated by Trading Standards and the Police.
Do not buy from this garage. Engine blew in first 6 months and they would not help me at all. Only gave 3 month warranty which covers next to nothing! We are now broke after paying nearly 5000 for an Audi a1 knowing it was going to break! Save your time and take your money elsewhere! This company sells broken scraped cars bojjed together!
I bought a ford Mondeo from this dealer but within 3months after only doing 805 miles the engine blew up . After repeating phone call after phone call I eventually got to talk to Daniel who told me it wasn't covered under his warranty but he wanted to help . He has done nothing to help and if I want to get the car back on the road it will cost me £2745 to have another reconditioned engine fitted . Do not use this dealer the will probably sell you a rubbish car and if it breaks down will not help you

Bought BMW 730d 3/2/23, with 'GOLD' warranty, after paying was told he couldn't find service proof and would forward it to me, still waiting 2 months later. Don't believe a word. Next day had a slow puncture, at tyre fitters, each wheel was missing a wheel nut, had covers over them, rear wheel had been cracked and weld repaired and the Flat Tyre Monitoring System had a fault and couldn't be reset. The gearbox is now faulty and goes into limp mode and I can't claim through the 'GOLD' warranty, as I don't have the proof of service. The car has also been modified, which it wasn't advertised as such and my car insurance policy will not allow modified vehicles. Unbeknown to me I was driving this car while uninsured! Have requested proof of service several times, they keep saying they will send it to me, right. Have contacted AA and they are looking into case.

Do.not buy from this company.... wife decided to treat herself after cancer battle.... car was damaged on delivery... wiper.motor ceased after 3 weeks ... after regassing aircon leaking from under dashboard.. paint pealing on the boot .... £7500 wasted .. calls and texts ignored.....

Amazing Car Dealership For the first time I purchased a car over the phone without seeing it. Cavendish Autos gave me the confidence to do that. The sales team was very helpful and assuring. The car was delivered when arranged by a really nice driver and exceeded my expectation. Thank you Angel and the team for making buying a car so easy for me

Purchased a great car, but... When i collected the car a low tire pressure light was on, this was reset rather than checked and now I'm told the slow puncture i have isn't related and won't be replaced. The DAB radio doesn't work, but i have been told that i had every opportunity to inspect the car which was set on FM which has no issues. The car also stinks of smoke, but due to being collected in the car with the windows open, i didnt smell this until the next day.

The low pressure warning was checked and reset as the customer knows. One tyre was 1psi lower than the others hence the warning light. This review is entirely different to what he is alleging in that the tyre was pumped up from a low psi by ourselves. He complained a good time later of a slow puncture which could have happened at any time, had the customer returned to us to change the tyre we would have done so as a goodwill gesture but when he asked for hotel stay, fuel and an equivalent wage amount for the day we declined. The DAB radio; the customer was advised to get a quote to fix this aspect and forward to ourselves as it would not be covered under warranty but we would decide upon a good will gesture once we received a quote. For clarity the FM, AM and Bluetooth function all work, the DAB feature tunes in and out which could potentially be an issue with the coverage in his area.

I bought a car from Daniel & Angel @ cavendish, within days there were problems, the company ignored all my attempts to sort it out. Their customer service and after sales care were diabolical The car had a load of water under the carpet fan didn’t work seats were tampered with gears are not smooth all they care about is getting your money do not buy the Citroen c4 Picasso up for sale for 3.700 that’s what I brought load of shit after that they dont give a shit No reply back to calls for days/weeks nice enough before they got your money after they have it good luck do not buy from these crooks and angel don’t have a clue about cars just interested in the commission as she clearly stated

Hi I am sorry you felt the need to write this review. Although I am perplexed at this, you received a full refund as requested and £50 extra to cover your travel. As you know the water leak is a design fault on this vehicle and I can assure you it was rectified that day. We thought we left things on good terms with you as we even dropped you at the train station after the transaction. Could you give us a call Monday to discuss? Many Thanks
