Found the car on line - paid for it then had to wait 7 days to collect. Arrived at their location to pick up the car-looked all clean and shiny. Noticed there was a few extra scratches over the rear right wheel arch -not shown in original sales photos, as they point out all 'defects' I pointed them out to the sales staff and was told I could just 'Buff it out'. The front drivers side tire was a little flat which needed some air, two days later I needed to have the tire repaired as the valve was faulty. I received a document from Cazoo that all 4 tires were replaced 15 days prior to me picking up the car. At the independent tire shop they told me that the tires were old and and showed me the date stamps on the tires (2 from 2018 and 2 from 2020) I have written 7 emails with photos of the tires and the 'extra' scratch on the wheel arch, they would be back to me in 10 days- I called again to see what was going on after 12 days to be told they couldn't view the photos, so I resent the email again (with photos) and was promised a reply in 72 hours. Again no reply. If I could in ratings section give them zero stars I would. I definitely wouldn't recommend using Cazoo to anyone.

I done my online order, paid my £14k deposit and got my finance approved within 24hrs. I was given a collection date which was cancelled because I was told there was a battery problem with the car. I was not been updated on whats happening or when will the car be ready. Everyday I called is a different story. Its almost 2 weeks now and still no car or no update as to when this car will be ready. Their customer service team is not helpful and very rude

Cazoo have stolen the wheel lock/nut key Directed me to rac which directed me back to cazzoo as they're the ones who have stolen this. Not even trying to resolve this problem

During the 3 months warranty period my car needed parking brake repair. It took 2-3 weeks to get a slot. When I brought my car into the Manchester branch, they found out that parts were needed. They agreed to rebook 17/07/23. I brought the car the parts still didnt arrive yet (even the same part could be procured same day as it wasnt coming from Europe). The guy told me at the counter that he will call me and fit me in a slot as soon as the part arrives. I explained on day one(3weeks ago) that I was travelling to Europe by road and the parking brake must be fixed. I waited for 4-5 days and I only found out that parts had already arrived after I contact their main office. Given the promise they made I drove to the branch around 2:30 pm and asked them to fix the brake. They told me leave the car and they will contact me as soon as the car was ready. I waited till 5:40pm they didnt contact me. Finally, I called the main office; they told me the branch may be closed. I am supposed to leave at 6am to arrive at Dover for the ship I booked. I walked to the branch, no one was there, then I called the main Cazoo customer service, they were of no use either. Ultimately, I had to reschedule everything. I lost my ferry booking, my hotel booking in London and Paris and they were all non-refundable. Cazoo is increasingly becoming an unreliable, poorly staffed, incompetent and awful company. I lost all my confidence and trust I put in this company at the start. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont make the same mistake and think 10 times when buying from Cazoo. YOU WILL REGRET IT. - 100%

Worse experience I have ever experienced with a company.If you want a reliable car company with good customer service stay away! I was promised a car, no car. Promised compensation, no compensation - I have been calling to resolve this issue for nearly 3 weeks and still out of pocket and no car. Save yourself the hassle
Never again will I attempt to buy a car from this awful organisation! The whole online process went fine. Went to pickup the car (after a weeks wait!). The car had considerably more damage than the very limited photos. Damage which is very easily spotted. Chrome trim bent, paint so badly polished that the detailer had polished through the lacquer of the paint and numerous places around the car - the bonnet looked like a patch work quilt! The attitude of the staff and the so called manager stunk - she was more interested in finishing per personal call to someone called 'Babe' than a very annoyed customer. I'm now having to play the waiting game to get my 5k deposit back, and the financed cancelled before I start the whole process again. To add further insult, I had to cancel the sale of my old car which has basically cost me another 10k! Awful experience, awful and very unpleasant customer service (Chertsey branch!). Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.... This review will most likely get a snivelling response from Cazoo yet damage done I'm afraid

Agree with worst customer service that I experienced ever as well. Found engine noise issue straight away few days after collected car, had to wait more than two weeks for booking the garage and been told by garage because problem was not major so no fixing. We had to contact Cazoo for this and took another two weeks to put through another garage, again noise still not completely fixed. In all this period that took about two month and every time Cazoo doesn't reply my email, I had to wait over a week at least and call them once or twice at least to chase a response. Eventually I went to the root for refund because of really poor customer service, they even declined for return the car. After that I had to go back to chase them fix the car issues. Just after few weeks ago, I have requested for booking the garage, we have received the email regarding if we are happy about their service then they will close the case within 24 hours!!!!!!!! Seriously????? Unbelievable. I have to call them immediately and again was told that I had to write a conclusion email for over 2000 words for clarify all the car issues that we had since the very beginning for the third time. This happened last Monday 10/7/23, until now 14/7/23 almost two weeks again NO REPLY!!!! I have again had to call them, and was told if I have no reply by next Monday then call them again!!!! Really???? How many times that I had to call them for a reply????? Worst Worst Customer service ever in the whole entire world!!!!!!!!

Purchased a vehicle from Cazoo and after an independent inspection discovered a failed shock absorber that had failed and was black with oil. It was obviously a failure that had been there for some time and the 300 point check that Cazoo claim to do it just a lie. After probably more than 20 phone calls and a similar number of emails I was booked in for what I thought was a replacement part. It was in fact for an inspection even though Cazoo already have a garage report and pictures of the failed shock. So far Cazoo has cost me two days work and a great deal of stress. Don’t buy from them as you can’t inspect or test the car and the promises of a full 300 point inspection inspection are just a tissue of lies and they will fight you to fix any problems. You have been warned!
