Cazoo are the worst company i have ever dealt with in my life and if 1 person reads this and decides to not go with them i will be happy. Its been SEVEN months and my issues aren't resolved - arguments every week with people on the phone Lied to by every person including management for the last 7 months car arrived faulty from the start and has been the worst 7 months of my life getting them resolved Cazoo owe me money and refusing to pay after being told by multiple managers and staff they would. Ill be looking to take legal action and please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR WITH CAZOO! I sold my car to Cazoo on 30 March I am writing this on 19 April and my finance has still not been cleared. I haves called no word of a lie over 50 times to get this resolved the customer service is so dismissive and I have been left liable to pay my finance- after multiple call back promises 1 person who was extremely rude has called me back. Cazoo have in fact sold my car without settling my finance- which in fact is illegal unless the buyer was made aware there is outstanding finance on the car. I received a letter from my lender for a late payment which I had to pay but may affect my credit score. By all means avoid this company- it is not worth the hassle. I have passed this on to the Financial Ombudsman and I will be seeking legal action. Every single person I have been speaking to has been nothing but useless, worst experience I have had with a company. If I could give negative stars I would.
Stay well clear from these, delivered a car to me and scratched it from bumper to bumper whilst taking it off the transporter. It has taken 10 months, hours of phone calls and over 250 emails to get this repaired. Trust me pay a little bit more and go to a proper dealership.

Bought car last year from Cazoo. Has come up to first MOT and service as I paid extra for 3 year coverage with them. Booked MOT they found problems told me they would get back to me about fixing them and rebooking my MOT to get it passed now 11 days later after numerous emails and phone calls I am still waiting for someone to call back or email and arrange for my vehicle to have the repairs. I have surpassed the 10 days in which the car was valid to drive so it is now illegal to do so and I have to find other means of transport to work costing me more money out of my own pocket and potentially missing work entirely. Horrible experience with the customer service because they just never get back to you. Wouldn’t recommend anyone ever to even buy a car with Cazoo let alone sign up and pay extra for the servicing plan they offer. It may be more hassle going and viewing cars but please go and do it because companies like Cazoo do not care for the customer one single bit. DO NOT BUY WITH CAZOO!
Cazoo what a shocking company to do business with. Bought a car in January and my 90 Day Cazoo warranty has just come to an end. I've only driven the car for 49 days of the 90 day period as the car has broken down twice with the exact same fault. Most recently, it broke down on the side of the M6 on the 4th April where I was left for 6 hours. To date I have not had a loan car, and worst still, Cazoo have had no idea where this vehicle has been. Sent a complaint a week ago of which I've had no reply. Speak to different people evey time I call and they just blow smoke up your. Don't buy a Cazoo car people. This company made a £700 million loss last FY and the customer service reflects it. Incompetent, Negligent, Shocking, Disappointing, Inept. Do Not Use Cazoo.

I am one of many customers who have had their contract terminated, mine being one year into a 3 year lease. They gave me 3 months to return it which meant getting a new car elsewhere in the current financial climate. There was no apology or advice, simply a letter threatening legal action and heavy fees if I did not arrange the return of the car. It has left myself and many others in a very stressful situation with no thanks or acknowledgement of its customers. Extremely disappointing service.
If I could give zero stars I would. Our car was delivered with numerous issues. Then sent to various mechanics all of which held the car and didn’t do anything. We have finally got it to land rover 7 months later and the car has been there for 9 days and Cazoo haven’t confirmed for work to go ahead. Each time we call (3 times a day) we get apology and this has been passed onto a team leader/ leaders to make decision. The problems were there at the beginning and we are still waiting. Tomorrow we will pay for the work and take Cazoo to court as this is ridiculous. They never call back and Can’t speak to team leaders or managers to escalate so this is our only option. Avoid this company.

Hi Matt.. The real issue here is the fact that you are buying a Range Rover.. one of the most unreliable cars out there.. also what compounds the matter is its used.. I would strongly advise anyone not to purchase a Range Rover (or Land Rover) ..
I bought a car on the 12th march and so far still not received my vehicle! Paid for the vehicle to be delivered to my home however found out 24hrs before it wasn’t arriving. I am now in the process of trying to get free delivery due to their change of delivery date! This company so far is truly awful!!! I would of given zero stars if that was possible
AVOID AT ALL COST!!! When it goes well it’s great, our third car from Cazoo however had faults and when things go wrong the customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced!! Absolutely shocking, no communication, promises of calls that never happen. Cars sold with dangerous faults and obvious false mot’s to name just a few issues.
Worst company ever, still battling to get a refund and not managed to speak to returns team. Car was delayed 13 days due to faults they found 20 hours before i was due to receive car. On receipt car had other faults on pick up, i rejected within 7 days period, chased for refund but kept getting fobbed off and now there saying finance was paid when i first applied to refund was not down to them and to take up with finance house. Makes Arthur Daily look honest.
