DON’T BUY FROM CAZOO!!! Collected my car, drove 2 miles and had an engine fault so returned immediately to the depot. Was told it would be fixed 2-3 days later. Called every couple of days and constantly fobbed off. Never received a call from cazoo. Was finally able to collect 4 weeks later. Collected the car, no fuel, filthy inside and out. Most concerningly, whilst in for ‘repairs’, the car had been driven 1,861 miles, more than twice the length of the Uk!!! T’s & C’s say 100 miles max. I owned the car, so this is taking without owners consent - THEFT! Called everyday this week to try and resolve. Constantly fobbed off again. Check out watchdogs report on the ‘300 point inspection’ lie, news reports of their financial difficulty (they’ve just closed the centre I collected from), and all the other posts about issues. Company is a joke.

I purchased a Landrover Discovery Sport. I had a shiny reveal, and there were a couple of marks missed on the report, but the handover staff took pictures and said that they would be fixed. So I agreed and took the car. I drove home (less than 30miles) and the “check engine light came on. They have now told me it will be at least five weeks before they can look at the car. I then received an email stating that the marks are in line with their policy and will not be fixed. I'm now in the process of returning the car.

Sold me a faulty car. I told them within the warranty period and they've failed to repair or exchange the car. It's been 9months and I still have the vehicle. Zero customer service skills. Everybody promises to call back yet nobody does. AVOID!

Stay clear of Cazoo, car is not as the photoshopped advert and customer service is non existent and lie! Should you decide to purchase with Cazoo, be warned read the below. I collected my car from the show room, under high beam show room lights, fancy capaccino and cover reveal, the car looked spotless. Once out in the natural sunlight, different story! I spotted several scratches and imperfections that were clearly photoshopped off the advert. Surely, not a problem as Cazoo have their 7 days return policy? WRONG! To make contact during this period is near on impossible, I found myself on hold for hours! However, I did get an instant email reply from customer services! Not only a reply, but confirmation that they accept fault for the scratches and scuffs and that they were not part of the sales advert! Not only this but they accept to repair the scratches and scuffs! However, this is where the problems start - a long drawn out back and forth, meeting with two body repair specialists, then complete non correspondence from Cazoo! I stupidly believed that Cazoo would rectify and repair the bodywork. I should've sent the car back - I recommend anyone to do this should you make the horrendous decision to go with Cazoo! Unfortunately, I have been deceived and led down the garden path only to not respond and completely ghost my emails! Please make sure this doesn't happen to you and avoid Cazoo! This is not a one off, the body repair company have informed me that this is the third or fourth time this has happened to him from Cazoo, however; not from Cinch or similar! I even told Cazoo I would share my experience...they just don't care! Its basically the car salesman on steroids with flashy adverts and sponsorship deals! Not to drag out this review, but you get the gist: mis-sold an expensive car, dicieved on the 7 days, completely ignored. I'm sure there are many experiences like this! My advice to you, avoid Cazoo at all costs, should you have to go ahead with these, check the car outside in the natural sunlight and do not take the car if its not as the advert. Good luck.

Read before buying a car with Cazoo! So you know what you're getting yourself into! You pay extra for cars with Cazoo as they come with a 3 month warranty. We also purchased the extended 3 year warranty, we wanted to be absolutely sure we were covered if the car broke down. Our car broke down after 2.5 months. Cazoo have had our car for over a month now and they have said it won't be fixed for another month. 2 months to fix the car! For the past month Cazoo have provided us with a courtesy car through Enterprise. They have now said they will no longer provide us with this car and they won't be offering any alternative. So, we bought a car with Cazoo, paid over market value for the car, it broke within less than 3 months and it's taking them 2 months to fix it. How are we supposed to get to work now Cazoo? Cazoo have said they will reimburse travel up to £30 miles per day. This is no where near enough to cover the costs of us both using the car to get to work. My mother is extremely ill and I travel 80 miles on the weekend to help her out around the house, things she can't do for herself. I'm no longer able to help my mother out. I explained this to Cazoo but they don't care. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Also, as we knew the agreement with Enterprise was coming to an end I was calling daily (sometimes twice a day) to discuss what we're going to do about a car. You always speak to someone new (even when you ask to speak to the last person you spoke to) and they always say they will call you back but literally never do. Their after sales service is a joke and they clearly don't know how to fix cars.

AWFUL company. I was happy with the initial experience of collecting my car despite them trying to change the collection day last minute. The customer service at the centre was great. I have had it since November 2022 and a malfunction light came on end of December 2022 and it’s been struggling to start since. The car is under warranty. I’ve been battling for the company to get the car booked in to be fixed to a garage even slightly local to me and still is not fixed to date…. It’s now February 2023! I was initially booked in to a garage not local to me, when I rang up to ask for l the garage to be changed I was told I could actually go straight to a kwickfit or Halfords garage. I did this and they said it needs to be taken to a Nissan dealer. Cazoo a week later booked me in to a Nissan garage miles away from my address.. an hours drive. I live in Surrey the garage is in outer London. In order to go to the garage I would have to take a whole day off work possibly two and wait around … I’m pregnant and need to work and can’t be waiting around in the cold! There is a Nissan dealer fairly close to me I was told they could try .. this is now weeks ago.. they have since looked to book me into a another garage in exactly the same place! I was also told my case was being looked after as they admitted this has gone on for too long now. The fact is I’ve been waiting weeks and still nothing. In fact I’ve been told today the garage nearest to me might not even be a garage on their list that they as a company can commission despite it being a Nissan dealer. Every time I phone in I speak to someone different. You get told something different every time you call... I’ve spoken to.. to name a few a Sophie, a Keenan and a Lauren…This company unfortunately don’t care once they have your money.. not even when you threaten to make a formal complaint! The lady I spoke to this morning was very rude.. there wasn’t any customer service! I was basically told tough we are looking for a garage, they can’t say where it will be and again sit and wait .. I would hate to think what would happen if the car totally broke down which it will do soon if they don’t get it fixed. All the while I’m currently stuck paying for a broken car! A car I’m hoping won’t break as I need to be able to get to my health appointments. I wish I never purchased the car with this company the stress it’s causing me to get them to sort a very basic issue is totally unacceptable. Life’s stressful enough when your car breaks but definitely go with this company if you want this rigmarole and the total inconvenience of having to travel miles to get your car fixed every time it breaks! I gave Cazoo a chance to sort this out before I posted this review and they still did nothing.

I ordered a vehicle over two weeks ago and agreed delivery for Saturday 31/12/2022, on Friday 30/12/2022 @ 18:00 I received a call that the Vehicle would not be delivered tomorrow as it has missed it's transport very frustrated and disappointed as I had made arrangements and moved work around for the delivery. I was not expecting such a poor service and customer experience from a large company, this being said after initial disappointment they agreed to refund the delivery charge and deliver the vehicle on Monday 02/01/2023 I chose15:00 to 19:00 slot as they said there were lots of delivery slots for that day. Fast forward to Monday 16:00 another call From Cazoo Stating that the vehicle will not be delivered as it has missed its transport yet again, at this point I decided to cancel the vehicle and after reading some of the reviews I see that this is quite a regular occurrence. My expectation of customer service may differ from the company Cazoo.

On collection of my car at Cazoo Chertsey Showroom I noticed on inspection, one of the included 6 extra features advertised was missing. The handover manager told me they would either compensate me up to £250 or replace the space-saver spare wheel over the coming days. After contacting Cazoo customer services I was given confirmation they had submitted the order for the missing parts. It's now been 9 days with no constructive updates (only a lot of time waiting on the phone). Not impressed with Cazoo's customer service. Once the deal is done and past the 7-day return option, they assign you a case owner who is not reachable.
I'm very unhappy with this company, car with stamps on book service without showing the parts done, after complaining about if the timing belt was changed, the girl there sort out very quickly print a document saying that cazoo changed the timing belt, why that wasn't on the book service? As they offer the seven day , I decided to sign and get the car. But when I was to leave the car has zero miles range of diesel, card battery low, no aerial in the car all this was to much!!! I decided to cancel now because I signed even I didn't drive the car off the stand I have to wait 72 hours to be contacted to confirm the reason I cancel??? Avoid, I will be updating this review as I'm sure this not gonna end easily.

how did this go for you? when did you actually got the call? i have been waiting for 7 days for a call back to arrange returning the car i got from them...
The most shocking service ever. I ordered a car almost a month ago and 3x they have failed to deliver even when they have chosen the dates. Waiting for the deliveries forced me to take 2x days off of work and I am now left out of pocket. Staff are unable to help and managers refuse to talk to customers. Official complaints are ignored and call back requests are never honoured. Given up and cancelled the order. What a shambles of a company.
