Recently purchased a second hand car from CCR motors. Martin Baker, senior sales executive could not have been more helpful. Price was very good & car is excellent. Martin made the process very easy for us. No pressure was put on us. If we wanted another car in the future we would ask for Martin again.

CCR carried out a full service and discovered a slow leak in my NSR tyre. Found a nail was the cause. As could not be repaired due to the area. So replaced tyre. I am pleased with CCR a will be returning for next service when due. Thank You Jade and Lyn for the coffee and French fondant fancy.

I took my Renault to CCR for an MOT & Service. It failed the MOT on 'Parking Brake Efficieny' and had adversaries that all brakes discs were rusty and pitted. They quoted me £900 to replace all discs and pads for it to get through the MOT. Feeling that this was very expensive I found an independent garage who quoted £600 but believed only the rear brakes would need to be done to fix the parking brake issue. I took the car to them and they began by carrying out a new MOT test and it PASSED !! Garage comments "When we tested the parking brake it locked both rear wheels, I could not find any problem with it. The brakes are rusty, but all brakes are rusty, what is more important is how they perform and the brakes on this vehicle are fine they stop the car." It passed the MOT without any adversaries, total cost £49 for an MOT. I shall not be taking my car back to CCR

I had to rejected my new Dacia Stepway due to the over promises from the salesman Ian, the lies he made and in the end the dealer had to buy back the car from me because I wasn’t happy. They don’t give you updates once they take your money and simply leave you out in the dark not knowing what is happening and the car not arriving with the items on it which you asked for! Never again I had a lucky escape!

We went to CCR to look at purchasing a new Dacia, we were aware there were delays when ordering but we explained to the salesman that we really needed a new car fast as ours was gonna give up any day. The salesman told us that usually it would be august we would receive a car (we ordered in February) but he had a car coming in May that he would reserve for us that had the dealership had already ordered as a spare so we went forwards with the purchase. We got to april and heard nothing so contacted CCR who then told us that our car would be arriving in august like everyone else's and denied anything about offering one in May. When they finally got around to supplying us with a VIN number it was not only the wrong colour ordered but the wrong car as well, standard sandero ordered instead of a stepway. Every contact with CCR was followed by more lies or unreturned calls so eventually we contacted Dacia Directly to deal with the issue, This was much better and we eventually received our car at the start of September (not August) On collecting the salesman pretended he new nothing of all that had happened (even though this was the same salesman from start to finish. We love the car but CCR ruined what should have been a nice experience for ourselves (our first brand new car) I would avoid them at all costs.
