This company agreed to sell me a vehicle they had on site for £5,500 pounds agreed to collect the following morning the salesman said the car had a gearbox fault as was now not for sale. The following day the car was advertised for £7,600 They obviously had priced it wrong. I think the Management of this company are unfit to manage and the most unprofessional people you would ever meet. Beware. I have contacted Renault head office asking for there comments.

- Needed replacement car by May 22 when lease hire due to expire. - Dealt with Ritchie and Robert. - Communication very poor/deceitful after order placed. - Ordered new Dacia in Sept 21 through Carwow website. - Found out end Dec that wrong car ordered by CCR Motor Co. - New order placed end of Dec or beginning of Jan, with promise of delivery no later than end of March 22. - I request update beginning of March and was told May 22 with no reason why. - When questioned, turned out the May date was the estimated shipping date from factory, and would be another 3 more weeks to deliver to dealership let alone to my home address. - CCR Motor Co. was purposely deceitful in the estimation of their delivery dates knowing that I needed a vehicle in May. - I have cancelled my Dacia order and instead I've purchased my lease hire. - I do not recommend doing business with this dealership.

Bought a new Kadjar recently, wanted to check the tyre pressures. The screen info on the car was telling me 45 on all tyres, yet the badge on the drivers door was informing me 34 front and 31 rear. I made 2 phone calls and an e mail to CCR motors, no response at all. I wanted to know why the tyres on hand over were so much over inflated, and why it wasn’t picked up on the pdi, what else was missed I wonder. Tried ringing their After Sales Manager, for the reception to inform me she’ll get him to ring me back !! Good service from the sales dept before the sale and a smooth hand over, but their after sales is dreadful.
Took my car to the Weston super Mare brench for remedial work and had a excellent service with plenty of communication and a loan car for 2 days and kept me informed as to the progress, excellent.
Unfortunately CCR Motors have been an appaling company to deal with. I reserved a car via the telephone after being assured that the £100 reservation fee was fully refundable. 3 weeks after informing CCR Motors that I did not wish to purchase the car I am still chasing my refund! Appaling lack if service! Disgusted that I have to continually chase my money.

Took my wife's car into the Weston Super Mare branch to get a service light looked at under warranty. The receptionist took it and came back to me and told me she could not see any service history, to which I replied it had been independently serviced. She advised me that this would invalidate the warranty, so I advised her to get me a quote for a service and I'd go from there. As I went to get the keys, the receptionist slapped me with a £54 diagnostic bill, which she said was half the usual £108 as a gesture of goodwill. I had no idea they were going to charge me and assumed they would not have done any work when they told me the warranty was invalidated. I contacted customer services who, after an hour and a half on hold, told me they would look into it. After a week, no news. I called again and was told I'd get a call that day. I didn't. They called me back today to tell me that the dealership were refusing to budge and that they told me that there was going to be a charge (a complete lie.) I advised if I had been made aware of a charge I'd have walked away and that the staff need to be reminded about integrity. I was then told to contact the dealership; I said I refused as they were already shady and had now shown they were liars. They then suggested the area manager. I asked why Renault have customer services listed as an avenue if they just direct me back to the dealership and they bluntly told me that this was their final word, and that the 50% cut of price at the dealership was a 'gesture of goodwill', which is akin to being mugged for £20 and then given a tenner back by the robber. So we have a dealership that appears to lie through its teeth and a central customer services department that don't care, because to them, £54 is more important than honesty.

I have just sent the following message to this company. It speaks for itself: Dear Ian, Thank you for this. If I remember correctly this monthly figure you quote below is that which you quoted me over the phone yesterday. I said this was beyond my budget. You ended the conversation saying " I'm going to look into something , I'll call you back soon, give me a few seconds." I was hoping that you were implying that you'd had further ideas as to how you could get closer to my budget. It seems that I was mistaken. I'm surprised that you didn't call back when you said you would, even if it was to tell me that there was no more that your company could do for me. I am equally surprised that I had to email your company in order to get even this response. I'm disappointed that you are unable to improve your offer as, today, I've had an offer of an Iconic much closer to my terms. I shall remember my encounter with your company with less than positive memories. Regards Mike Loughlin

Purchased a new Dacia Sandero Stepway from this dealership and collected it on 5/6/20. Salesman told me that there was £25 of fuel in the tank, turned out to be approx. 10Litres!! Drove the car home with very poor radio reception, checked it when I got home and the aerial was loose, so much for the PDI! Car also seemed to drift to the left, not surpising when I checked the tyre pressures and got 4 different results! Garage have given me an apology, big help that is Be Warned!
After buying a new Zoe which turned out to be useless Renault exchanged the car for a New Clio, This car has had a water leak with the carpets getting saturated. CCR Motor Co Renault have had the car 4 times since new, for 5 weeks the twice at 2 weeks and now a 1 week period, the problem still exists and along With Renault UK head office customer support have stated that the car should be parked pointing downhill on our drive and presumably on the high street and this will solve the issue. They are not prepared to help further with this issue. Most will say this is a ridiculous thing to say as all cars parked at any incline should be waterproof.
