We first came across this garage a couple of years ago when we saw a car on the internet that was for sale. We went to have a look and couldnt believe how friendly and professional Paul was and there was absolutely no pressure or Arthur Daley sales pitches which we dread. We were given the keys and left to our own devices until we asked for some help. Needless to say we bought the car. 2 years later we have just purchased another car and although we come from Swindon we wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Paul and his team ate fantastic!

"FREE MOT`S for as long as you own the vehicle" In the warranty booklet it says this, but the salesman and the terms and conditions both said nothing about the "EXTRA WARRANTY YOU NEED TO GET THIS....Even if the vehicle has been serviced as stipulated. The terms and conditions do not state this , the salesman did not mention it. And 1 year later after being told it was free upon booking, AND when I checked the afternoon before arrival...But 7 hours after leaving the car with them I was called and told "Its not free, its £38". When I brought up the subject, The response I received was that it was obvious and both myself and my wife had misunderstood him. I quote: "we don`t just give people free MOT`S" He did not attempt to show me where in the T&C`s it says ITS NOT FREE UNLESS... No remorse or apology from that particular salesman, showing un-professionalism and arrogance. I ended up paying for the MOT, as no good will gesture was made. I will not be using you again.

I recently dealt with Paul and his team regarding the purchase of a new vehicle and part exchange of my previous vehicle. Paul was professional and very helpful throughout the process and his manner and approach mean that I will very likely purchase my next vehicle through CCS Car sales. Very pleased with their service and attention.
