Tried to purchase BMW 6 series listed as *Amazing Head Turner* even paid for diagnostics at BMW Lakeside. Car has faults:- Faulty injector Faulty Glow plugs Brake discs are rusty and dont operate well (Told by dealer they need bedding in?) Main BMW dealer disagrees. Someone has changed interior trim parts from silver to dark finish and it doesn't match the rest of the interior trim Car needs a Oil service, Filters, Brake fluid + V-Check needed. Its a good buy get it bought.

Do not buy from them, they bought a car from my mum and lowered the mileage to inflate the price.

AVOID Picked up a T6 from this company and upon driving the vehicle home there was a knocking noise coming from the front. Then an engine management light appeared. Contacted the company and they agreed for me to take it to a local garage to diagnose. EGR fault and Anti Roll Bar was worn. (should not have passed the MOT that the company just did.) When the garage received the quote they told me to contact warranty company. who said the EGR was not covered. The final suggestion was that he sends up parts and i get a mobile mechanic to fix. Of which he is refusing to pay for and i don't have parts either. Absolutely awful dealership to deal with. I buy a lot of vehicles , usually every 6 months and this is by far the roughest dealer i have ever come across. The vehicle was not as described. Photos were provided but managed to avoid showing the rust and damage. However i was prepared to look past that. The state it was given to me in was shameful!
We bought an older Mazda Bongo from Central. In a very short time we experienced some major issues with the vehicle. Without hesitation, they asked us to return it to them for repair under warranty. We had a timing issue with festival tickets having been bought and, even with a team tragedy to cope with, the Bongo was ready in time with a replaced water pump, cylinder head, pistons and a re-bore all done in time without question! I cannot express my thanks enough to Dave and his team, after sales, in my opinion, is far more important than the purchase.
