I saw a Audi Q7 on the fort court at the time I had a 66 plate xtrail we brought the q7 on the understanding it was all fine and nothing wrong with it we got lied to and once purchased took it for a health check where the car had multipul issues a whole a4 paper full it had a massive oil leak infact 2 oil leaks that this garage lied about and said oil was spilt on the service to whitch was not true they got that repaired under warranty but once that job was done the car kept developing more issues so we got the car back and 2 days later theirs a massive coolent leak very costly I phoned the garage they didn’t want to no phones their warrenty they refused to pay out again so we had to pay to get it repaired it was 15,000 pound for the car and in the end I had to sell it for 9300 as faults kept developing I owned the car for 3 months and forever having problems this garage is the worst and I would not recommend to anyone I had kids in this car to one was a newborn the car was unsafe and they knew it just didn’t tell me DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE and they didn’t even send the logbook off so had to sell with no logbook 3 months it should of been sent off the week I brought the car it’s like they had somthing to hide once the person brought off me and had the logbook back it had 13 owners no wonder why they didn’t show the logbook nor send it off I had a very stressful experience here and lost a lot of money big time don’t go here the place needs shutting down terrible

Purchased my car during lockdown and was obviously apprehensive. When I collected my car I was over the moon the condition was very good for it’s age and the guy was helpful

I brought a car from this dealership in Aug 2020, it looked very good. until about a week after when the brakes started grinding, I found the rear tyres were on the limit, a major water leak inside, the DPF has 3 major defects. The warranty is not really worth anything because you only have a claim up to £500. If anything else goes wrong with the car the warranty will not cover it. So in short be very weary of this dealership and the warranty.

Sorry to hear about this, i've had a look to see what has happened here as we haven't heard from you about an issue. I can see you purchased a vehicle 31/8/20 which was supplied with an MOT and a 12 month mechanical warranty. The MOT had no advisory notices so I would have liked to have had the MOT station check the rear brakes and tyres for you if you believed they were worn after you had it as the testers have set limits to meet on these items. I can see you have made 3 warranty claims which 2 have been paid for-£882 in Sept 2020 and £138 in Dec 2020 (the first one well over the £500 per claim limit) so you must see that the warranty isn't "not worth anything"- especially as it was free of charge. I've been told your latest claim in Feb 2021 for £289 was rejected by the warranty company as it was for an none covered item. If you had contacted me to let me know about this I could have spoke to my rep at the warranty company for you and asked if there was anything we can do. You have no reason to be weary about us- We have successfully been selling cars in Lye for over 40 years now and go further than most dealers that I know to look after our customers. Of course things can go wrong with second hand cars and we are always here to assist but in future please let me know to give me a chance to help! Kind Regards Dale Perrins Director

Hi Dale You were informed about the DPF issue, there has only been 1 claim on the warranty which should have been fully covered as stated in the warranty hand book, I have inserted that item for you. £1,000 of cover per claim and includes additional parts such DPF, turbos, aircon compressor and in-car entertainment system. Maximum 2 claims in any 12 month period. You were also informed about the water extensive water leak in the car by the Finance company.

Those items are listed on their 'Absolute' cover with a £1,000 claim limit. You have the 'Standard' cover which excludes those and has a £500 limit per claim. Full details are in your AU Warranties booklet.
