I am really happy with my Citroen from Central Motors! The dealers were fantastic. The car was immaculate and I have had no issues at all and the car was very good price. The dealers were super helpful and I would happily recommend them.

Needed a diesel for my new job. Found a couple of cars on the net and was surprised how much choice for my price Range there was. Doing approx 200 miles a week in my new car and it drives lovely. Also got to say staff at Central Motors were polite and couldn't do enough to help me.

Avoid Central Motors at all costs! I purchased what appeared to be a very good condition Freelander from Central Motors. The bodywork looked unmarked when we viewed the car. However this only lasted until we had a good down pour of rain! It transpired that the car was covered in deep scratches that had been filled with colour polish to hide them. This is a lesson to be learnt on viewing cars in future! However this isn't my main complaint with this garage. I have owned the vehicle for literally just over 2 months and the clutch failed 55 miles from home and I had to be recovered by the AA. I have done less than 2000 miles since buying the vehicle and don't really think this is acceptable. I had the 12 month warranty which is pretty worthless as the clutch isn't covered. So now I have to pay £780 to have this fixed. On top of this the brakes are squealing so it looks like they are due for replacement too! When I called Adam to see if there was any good will his attitude was rude and dismissive. He even tried to blame me for it! I've been driving since 1983 and NEVER had a clutch go on me! I hate leaving negative feedback and I'm a reasonable person. But please take it from me avoid this place at all costs! I will never deal with these people again. I would leave zero stars for Central Motors if possible.

Had customers car collected and a new clutch fitted free of charge for him. He has asked this site for this review to be removed as he is now very happy with the car and our service in getting this resolved for him.

Dale has rectified the issue with my car and now I'm happy with the service I have received from him. It appears my grievances were never passed on to him. He contacted my and arranged recovery and quick repair of my vehicle at no cost to me. I have asked for my review to be removed but according to the terms and conditions of this website this is not possible. Hence this update.

The car we bought from Central Motors has at least 5 problems we have found so far, the "warranty" you get is worthless as you have to pay the garage to investigate the problems then argue with them whether it's covered by the warranty (like getting blood from a stone) the salesman is very arrogant, I can't believe we bought the car in the first place. AVOID!!!!

Would have probably bought a car from this branch, however once we got there and spoke to the sales rep, he seemed as though he had other things on his mind and was extremely reluctant to help or advise. Shame was looking forward to buying the car, have been to other car garages where the reps have been cheerful and helpful perhaps the customer service training needs to be initiated at this branch. Won't be coming to Central Motors again.

Driving my car home the engine management light came on. I was advised to take it back and they manually turned it off. Next day the light came on this time I was advised to take this to the garage they use Finally after having my car and several trips to the garage, on my way to work one morning the engine management light flashed on and off, big puff of smoke. I pulled over and found my car on FIRE

Mr Marsh purchased this car in Feb 2015, this happened 4 months later in June 2015. We immediately had the car inspected and found that his exhaust had been hit during use and was now positioned against a plastic under shield cover, inevitably causing smoke when it got hot. This was explained to Mr Marsh so he could contact his insurance to repair the damage it has caused but he somehow had decided it was our fault instead. Amazing how different a story looks when you hear both sides...

Do NOT believe anything from this garage. NO WAY had the car been damaged whilst I had it for such a short period of time. Over half the time I had the car it was in the garage to fix one fault or another and could not diagnose. Is this an admission that the car was damaged when I received it and was not fit for purpose? #cowboys

Bought a pug 308 2008 plate for a very very good deal bodywork immaculate finance etc...had a few teething problems which for the age of the car I expected, rang Adam and he was brilliant nothing was to much trouble I have and will recommend this company to friends and relatives and I honestly believe that if you treat people the way you want to be treated then there would be no issues so if you have a problem just talk and explain don't rant and rave at them they are there to do a job
