Great service, nothing too much trouble for the team at Central Motors.

Drove vehicle home and found out suspension Spring was broke, was told I probably done it in way home, but they fixed it after several days. Turbo pipe burst on way home from London, was told to use warranty after only having vehicle 1 week. Since have 4 new tyres because they we're perished, new battery, back lights repaired and now ,assign oil leak. Only had car 5 months - ridiculous and taking legal action as car has also been heavily damaged at some point!

Bought 3 cars now off Adam at Central. Always good choice and value compared to other dealers in the area. Happy to help me when ever I pop in with a question or query as well. Would recommend to anyone

Car which broke down on way home, was told to bring it back. Rang every day for an update, they said they didn't know what the issue was they'd look into it. I was not entitled to a refund and had no courtesy cars to provide. Said they would ring me back one evening to give me results of report, no call recived and I was told he was ‘gone home’. Said I had 2 choices could either wait or take another car. Took other car, I was charged 150 insurance change which they refused to pay. (I had said I would only take the car if they covered this cost) They told me they had filled the tank of the new car, the car arrived with the fuel light on and was near empty. They said they would service it, the INSP warning was flashing, no logs in the service book. They said it was serviced they just didn't write in any details it and I could send my log book to them. Driver door would not lock nor open and I received comments such as 'I didn't ask your car to break' and 'You test drove it'.
