Highly recommened ! :) I bought a Vw passat cc and I'm over the moon with this car! Great service , Sebastian was very proffesional and helpfull. Car is beautiful and clean. 10/10 Thank You and I will definetly buy a new car from you in a future
If only I had researched more about this dealer, I would have avoided a LOT of trouble and saved a LOT of money! I bought a Citroen Grand C4 Picasso from them and had nothing but trouble! First the battery died and they diagnosed that the car needed a new battery replacement. We were surprised, to say the least, to find out we had to pay for it, as it was still under the warranty. But Mr Thomas said our contract stated the battery wasn't covered. We paid the £70 to replace the battery, but only for a few weeks later the Turbo Charger blew! We thought this would be sorted, but when we had an RAC garage tow the car and check it they said RAC wouldn't cover the repair, as it was a fault that was there before we bought the car. We were charged £141 by the garage to send the parts to an independent garage to be checked and diagnosed. We contacted Mr Thomas once more and told him that under the Consumer Rights 2015 he had to repair the fault, since we had the car for less then 6 months and this is a major fault. After much reluctance he agreed to tow the car back to his garage and repair the car free of charge, since this was the law. Then we phone Mr Thomas today to find out when we'll get our car back and he informs us we won't get our car back unless we cough up another £250! I couldn't believe my ears! £3000 for the car purchase £70 for a battery replacement £141 for the Turbo Charger inspection And now Mr Tomasz wants another £250 for a problem that was there before purchase? Needless to say I have got in touch with Trading Standards and will be pursuing the matter further, as I have been ripped off. If I could give one piece of advice it would be STAY AWAY! It will cost you a lot of money and cause you far too many headaches!

Central Park from Central Park Car Sales in response to Bumblebee
Hello. Customer bought high mileage car in beginning of May with 3 months warranty.Over 2 months he called our office to report a problem. The car won't start.Garage fund drained battery. We paid for labor and customer paid for the battery( wear and tear item not under any warranties and clearly was good for 2 months so impossible to sell it with faulty battery). After over 4 months he reported turbo fault. We have vehicle recovered to our contracted garage and they fund faulty turbo( typical for 1.6 hdi engines please check owners forums) Customer saying the fault was present 4 months ago when he bought a vehicle( not true vehicle won't be able to drive for 4 months with faulty turbocharger) The estimates is for over 1150 pounds and we are still Happy to cover £900 even if is out of the warranty. We only asked customer to cover £250 to prevent this in future( remove oil sump clean it and refitted with new gasket, new injector washers, new oil and filter and vehicle recovery) This items are not covered even by independent warranty companies.Customer accepted our offer and we carried out with the repair.Day after his wife called our office saying they wont pay any penny for it.Then we suggested to meet in trading standard office to resolve the problem. In our opinion we are more the fair to cover £900 for fault classed as a wear and tear and after the warranty period. We have to meet in court to resole this problem. We always pay maximum attention to help our customers to resolve problems but sometimes is no other option then court hearing.

The response from Mr Tomasz is quite laughable. When the car was taken for diagnoses it was found that not only the Turbo was ruined, but also it had been replaced very recently and with a non-genuine part. In other words, it was replaced with a Turbo that wasn't made for the type or model of the car. The Turbo Charger wasn't the only thing wrong with it. The list of faults is lengthy, but Mr Sebastian Jeziorko accuses me of causing all faults in the 4 months I had the car. RAC took photos which they have on file. Mr Tomasz somehow thinks he was doing us a favour by fixing the car for free, but he ignores Consumer Legislation ( Consumer Rights Act 2015), which clearly states that we are entitled to a repair if the goods are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose. If I knew the Turbo Charger had been poorly replaced recently, I wouldn't have purchased the car. Maybe not as surprising is the fact that Mr Sebastian Tomasz is much more polite and word measured here than he is on the phone. Phoned me IN MY OWN HOME this morning, very angry to inform me that he had READ MY REVIEW HERE and he would NO LONGER FIX THE CAR. So I arrange a tow truck to get the car back to ours. If you do trade with Mr Sebastian Tomasz BEWARE! HE IS NOT FOND OF BAD REVIEWS and COSTUMER SERVICE IS NOT HIS FORTE! P.S: He was once director of another car sales company called Cars Evolution which was dissolved not long ago, so I'm guessing his poor approach to his customers is long standing. TRADING STANDARDS are on your trail. Enough said.

Mr. Sebastian Tomasz had agreed last week to tow our car back to his garage free of charge (this is our right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), but changed his mind the following week (already in posession of our car), saying we would have to pay £250 out of our own pocket. I wrote a review here about my consumer experience with his \so-called-company\" and got a very angry phone call this morning informing me he would no longer fix my car because of the bad review I left here. We decided to arrange for a tow truck to collect our car and I have to say best decision we've made so far since buying the car from Central Park Car Sales/ Evolution Cars N W LTD. Customer service rates very low with this guy. The RAC told us the car had the Turbo Charger changed recently but the replacement was not a genuine part and the car had at least 7 more faulty parts in it. Quick fix for a quick sale. And yet when the car was being advertised there wasn't ONE mention of it. I remember the ad said great things like \"excellent condition\"and \"first person to view will buy\". Mr Tomasz accuses us of causing of causing all this damage over the 4 month period we had the car. Customer Service is not their forte. Once again I repeat: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. I wish someone had warned me before I wasted so much money and time."
I bought a BMW from this dealer and I'm absolutely in love. Great service, very professional help. Basically, quick & easy purchase. I would recommend to anyone! The car is amazing - clean and comfortable. Very satisfied.
We bought our C Class just over 2 months ago and I cant say a bad Word about Seller. Really friendly chap and very proffesional. I was a bit sceptical at first after some bad reviews here but after all we were treated with good care and top service. Car is beautiful and drives like New exactly as the advert said. No problems what so ever. We will strongly recommend Sebastian and his Garage to everyone. Very satisfied. Thanks!!
Drove from Bristol to Manchester for a c4 grand Picasso and traded my own car in only to get not an hour into Our journey and had issues. No speed/power and called Martin and he said he would pay to get it fixed if we get it home. Back on motorway within half hour smoke pours out and we have to pull up on a busy motorway and call rac. Turbo blew! We had no car and no way to get home, luckily I did not have our new baby with us.. Martin did not understand to why on the phone and said he was not the boss over the phone and then apparently spoke to another person who was and they sounded the same person :/. Got told we were refunded that day then story changed again and again over the weekend about our refund. Told them we were informing trading standards and dvla about the situation and his car was clocking up a £100 a day charge as the RAC left it on a garage forcourt. We did get our full refund back Monday afternoon after a few more calls which we feel we should not of had to. We appreciate that they may not have realised it was the turbo was going but as it had supposedly had new mot the day b4 they would have heard the noise it was making or knew it was dangerous to drive.. Very disappointed and would suggest not buying a car from this garage especially if you are traveling a distance to get it.. :( STAY AWAY! They were very rushed to get us in and out the day of the sale and that should of rang alarm bells. We are proceeding with our complaints just to make sure no1 else experiences this like we did, very scary to be driving in a car that could not do no more than 60mph and started to smoke on a busy motorway.. Please be aware and take notice of the reviews as I did not.. :(

I've had the same experience with Central Park Car Sales/ Evolution Cars N W LTD. First the battery died and they charged us £70 for a replacement, claiming the warranty didn't cover it. We payed the fee only for the Turbo Charger to blow a few weeks later. Called RAC, who said they wouldn't pay for the repair as it existed before we bought the car. So we phone Central Park Car Sales again to request they repair it and after much resistance they agree to tow the car from the RAC garage and repair it free of charge. Phone them today (19/09/16) to find out when we'll get our car back and they say they won't release the car unless we pay an extra £250! I am completely gutted to have ever bought this car from this \so called company\". Had nothing but trouble and bad customer service. Wouldn't recommend anyone buying from them. A lot of money spent and I haven't a car to drive."

Hi Char, reading your story here it made me wonder if I bought the Citroen Grand C4 car Mr Sebastian sold you, the one which the Turbo blew. I had the same problem with this guy. Could you please get in touch. Thank you.
Bought a corsa from seb few weeks ago. Although Its a used car i was really pleased with it, really well looked after full service history. Had Little issue with car took it back to them and they was willing to repair it while i was waiting. You definately gained one happy customer providing this service to me. Thank you for my lovely first car and being helpful as dealer.
Save your time, save your money and most importantly save the hassle. You have been warned, avoid this dealer at all costs!
AVOID AT ALL COST! bought a car from this dealer a while back, and i have to agree with the other reviewer where it was said they only do quick fixes just to sell their cars. heres what i had to do on mine so far which has costed me more than £2500r: NEW EGR VALVE NEW Intake manifold NEW Flywheel NEW Clutch Time Belt change (was not done before purchase) NEW heater blower fan + Resistor Exhaust and more.... these sort of dealers do anything for money at any cost!!
I bought Honda Civic from Central Car for Sale last year and I'm really happy with my purchase. I didn't have any problems, everything was as described and Sebastian was really professional and helpfull . In addition I just had free MOT and passed straight away. Guys fixed mine lighter for free and washed Car outside and inside for free as well. I was really surprised!! Thank you for your kindly custom and I am really recomended Central Car For Sale. I 'm sure I will back there in the future when I will consider buy another car!! :-)
I have bought three cars from cars evolution over the last 6 or so years and have never had a problem. Sebastien has always been super helpful If I have and helped solve the problem with no hesitation at all. Would definitely buy from here again and always send people their way when asked if I know any decent cars for sale.
