Bought my new car from century motors and i love it ;))))
friendly service - nice people - really love my new Alfa Romeo. Thanks Ricky & Ryan
Do not buy any vehicles from this place! Bought a Civic last year and complained about my bumper being at a angle or dropped from the headlamp and the headlamp had extreme water ingress inside. I took the car back but they bodged the bumper with glue instead of removing, inspecting and replacing the clips. If they had removed it and seen the damage, then I'm sure they are breaking the law withholding information which I've asked on point of sale. Also I was fobbed off saying "all headlamps have some sort of moisture in them". I took my car to a body shop and found out the car had sustained damage. The crash bar barrier behind the bumper was crushed in and my headlamp which I complained about was cracked. Got photos of it! Neither could be obtained without breaking the glued bumper to remove the headlamp. Total cost of repairs due to the bodged job was £2157.52! Thats 2x new headlamps (both bonded with glue), a wheel arch trim (bonded down with glue), a whole new front bumper (bonded to the headlamps with glue), new crash bar barrier, paint and labour. I made a credit card complaint and they said Century Motors and credit card company held liable. So I got a full refund for the massive repair bill and if I didn't, I would of been taking them to court with the amount of evidence we have. I'm not even going to great detail regarding my wife's car which we bought from there who promised us things and was not delivered. Interior carpet should of been replaced but never was, new door seals aren't even applied properly and falling off. Also the car is making some right clanking noises and can't diagnose a misfire after changing stuff on it. Shouldn't having to deal with anything like this after spending £11.5k on car with them! The wifes car looks to be a insurance write off with the badly painted door and rear bumper. Cars here are diabolical. Stay well clear of this place, you have been warned!
I decided to ring up and place a refundable deposit on a car following not being able to see the car earlier, upon reading reviews I decided to cancel the deposit as the garage didn’t seem trustworthy. Upon ringing up the garage told me they would refund me straight away. I gave them a week and nothing was in my account. I rang up multiple times, and was told that ‘Ryan’ needed to do it but was told he was busy or out, and that he would ring back. He never did, upon ringing over 20 times, a refund was never given. Only on me threatening to get the bank involved was the deposit refunded. Glad I never went ahead with the car, awful busines

Reserved the car for 7 days £200 (travelling from South Wales) explained I was struggling to get there as of work commitments and 6 month old baby. In meantime sold the car and never returned the money so they gained extra £200 on the car. This company has no morals

score 1. I would not buy a puncture repair kit from this company. They sold my daughter a car that not only had numerous faults but was dangerous. They told her the car had a weaping oil pipe, but only after after she had paid for it. When she collected the car they gave her a receipt to say they had replaced the oil cooler. Independent inspections of the car showed numerous faults including the confirming the oil cooler had never been changed. She bought it on 2nd January 21 and has only just had her money back. The last 5 months have been a nightmare. If you don't want to believe this review and do buy from this dealer I would suggest you check the mileage on the sales documentation against the mileage on the car and have an independent inspection of the car done before handing over any money. The RAC check they provided was not worth the paper it was written on in our case, good luck trying to deal with them if you have a problem. My daughter is 24 and transports my 3 year old grandson in her car and this dealer put both their lives at risk.

Avoid! Sold us car with 12 months MOT. Didn’t trust the guy as he had a very bad attitude. Got it checked out by our own mechanic who pointed out numerous things that should not have passed the MOT. Got one of the problems fixed and was told the other needed a part ordering before it could be fixed, this was well over a month ago with no contact since. Tried calling and neither the workshop or sales team answer and if they do they just fob us off, left a few emails and no reply from that either. Dodgy as hell, avoid!!

Not enough characters to Express my anger at this dealership. Avoid dont come close. This place should be shut down . Fuming
Agreed a time to view a vehicle, arrived and the car was being put on the ramps by a young lad who stalled it 5 times. Advised a faulty door handle and MOT being done, as soon as I mentioned my friend has MOT centre his attitude towards me changed. Apparently this car sold in the half hour I was gone while up on ramps. Mmmm stay away. Far from genuine this place
AVOID. Previously left a good review (at their request) shortly after purchasing car. But sadly have to update this with my genuine feedback following my actual experience. Bought Vauxhall Astra '64 plate with 42000 miles on clock in March 2020 (just before lockdown). At first all fine but then: 1) front brakes need replacing less than 1,000 miles into owning the car and my garage report discs were below legal spec 2) unhappy rumbling noise from rear passenger side - investigate for wheel bearing but actually discover that tyre load rating is mismatched from others causing it to wear out of shape. 2 new rear tyres needed 3) car judders in gear and presents dash warning lights for engine and traction control - investigated by garage and found to be misfiring and new spark plugs and coil pack needed (have driven no more than 2,500 miles in it by this point) 4) owing to point 3 I decided to have my car serviced as I was beginning to very much doubt the validity of the "full service" this car came with. My garage confirm that at most car had an oil change. Had categorically not been serviced for some time. Air filter was filthy for example and mechanic advises that rear brakes are nearly shot. Decide to replace rear brakes... I have given century motors countless opportunity to discuss these issues with me. I have chased them by email many times. (I gave up calling quite quickly as that got me nowhere either). At one point Ryan offered a contribution but this never materialised. I even have it in writing from him that he would give me a call but never did. I have had my Astra just over 6 months, driven 4,800 miles in it and spent a grand total of just over £1200 on repairs and service and had the hassle of repeatedly booking into garages etc... the car was clearly not in "excellent condition" as per the RAC check and "full service". This paperwork, along with the RAC warranty I took out are not worth the paper they are written on (warranty have not paid a single penny to cover any costs despite chasing them and arguing that condition was marked as excellent in all categories at time of purchase). If you choose to buy from this garage be prepared that you will soon find issues with your new car. My only advice would be to have it serviced ASAP at an independent garage you trust, that way if there are any major problems perhaps Ryan and co would maybe offer you some help if it was within their 30 day warranty period. Not much use for me seeing as we went into lockdown straight after I bought it and I live in Edinburgh. I only go to garages who are part of the Good Garage Scheme and at no point feel like I have been ripped off for work that didn't need to be done. I could see and hear the issues for myself when driving! Sadly as much as this company like to pride themselves on being decent and honest, in my experience this just isn't the case and if I lived in Sheffield I would tell all friends and family to avoid...I wonder if I'll ever get a response from them!
