The vehicle you purchased i believe was a 2 owner low mileage full service history Ypsilon which we purchased from the old gentleman we sold it to over 3 years ago .He retired from driving .The car wanted for nothing while he owned it and he had just driven to the south coast and back for his annual holiday .We serviced the car at point of sale and gave it a fresh independant mot. With this in mind i find it hard to believe this car had any faults .However we are always happy to investagate any issues that may arise regardless of time scale and mileage covered. I dont think the same can be said for you and your part exchange .
When i purchased my car i was given a short warranty which included parts and labour .I was told that after my warranty expired that if any issues arose after this time that i should conntact them to see if they could help. I did have a slight issue and the guys did indeed help .Actually they went above and beyond !!! Great Firm to deal with

My mother bought a car from this company, we found them very helpful without being pushy. after 3 weeks, the clutch failed, but the company was very apologetic, and repaired the car free of charge without quibbling.
very easy going sales team very nice volvo and the best one we could find (and weve looked at loads) easy transaction and will defiantly use cestrefeld service station again

Good experience at Cestrefield Service Station, very helpful when looking for a Kia ceed, I would definitely recommend.
I was sold an MG by Cestrefield Service Station. The head gasket blew within one week of purchase. Had to scrap the car in the end after continued problems.

Great staff at Cestrefeld Service Station with a good product knowledge and a nice clean car.
Will never use Cestrefield Service Station again. The worst car dealership going. Bought a car from them drove it for the very first time minus taking it home after purchase, started smoking, the clutch was burning, had to get my newborn baby out. Had it checked, was told the clutch was burning and on its way out. Took the car back to Cesterfield they tried to say it was driver error, he couldn't smell the clutch burning at all despite everyone smelling it a mile off. Asked for an exchange, he gave me £3000 back after i had paid & 3800 for the car so lost £800 for them selling dodgy cars. DO NOT USE THEM.

This is a case of buyers remorse. After purchasing the car back we had it inspected and no faults were found . The new owner is very happy with her purchase

This lady who resided in Bournemouth purchased a MG TF from us. At the time we did not see an issue with this .But it soon came to light the reason for this was the distance .I will explain she drove the car some 200 miles back to Bournemouth with no issues at all .She then took it to her local MG specialist who found faults with the car (which they would it being over 10 years old )and they quoted to rectify. This amount came to more than she purchased the car for . So why didn`t she purchase a MGTF from this specialist or some one closer ? The car now being over 200 miles away made it almost impossible for us to inspect the vehicle and by the time we had managed to find a vehicle engineer to inspect the vehicle on our behalf Victoria had already had the work done The invoice total was over £3000 !!!! you can imagine our reaction .After some wrangling we paid this invoice and Victoria kept the MGTF. I hope who ever reads this post can see that Cestrefeld car sales are not what Victoria alludes too.We sell over 300 quality used cars a year(Thats 5400 in 18 years ) to mostly happy customers but it seems only the unhappy ones take the time to leave any type of response .Thanks for reading this and please take time to have a look through all our Feedback
Please share... DO NOT BUT A CAR FROM CESTREFELD SERVICE STATION in Chesterfield. I bought a car that had a fraudulent MOT and was un-roadworthy. I was laughed at by the dealer when I asked that he take it back, subsequently took them to small claims court for the amount it cost me to get it back onto the road. I won the case, and they were instructed to pay £3500 by the judge. The dealer has said he has no intention of paying. I now have to get the bailiffs involved. They are a disreputable company and I don't want anyone else experiencing the same! ROGUE TRADERS…DO NOT USE!!!
