This establishment is staffed by your typical stereotype of wheeler dealers. Rude, unhelpful and compulsive liars; they are nothing but an obstacle to a good purchase. The manager started by telling me that the car I was looking to purchase was 'the cheapest [of its kind] in the country' which was obviously not true and I should have walked out then. Sadly I gave him about 15% more than the car was worth and have been having problems ever since. They have reluctantly worked on the car several times to fix the fault but everytime only cause other faults. They have bodged the car to the extent that it no longer feels safe and if they have been doing this for years.

The staff at CGR Car Sales didn't seem to willing to want to help me. They delayed collection as said they needed to valet the car but it didn't feel very clean at all, I made a few phone calls to ask questions about the vehicle once purchased and they laughed down the phone. However a good selection of stock in store at CGR Car Sales.
