Visited Chandlers BMW in Brighton alone, without my trade in vehicle and was dealt with by Seam Mumford. He sent me a video of the car I was interested in so I could show my wife. He took details of my trade in and promised to get back to me with a trade in price. Despite an email reminder from me, I have heard nothing fro Sean MUMFORD. SO after three days I have decided to look elsewhere. I am very disappointed and see from other reviews that they do not consider customer service to be.important. MY ADVICE,JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Bad experience at Chandlers BMW in Brighton unfortunately. The underlying issue? A very bad sales rep! Driving over 350 miles to view a car that was not worth the trip. The car was clearly not taken care of (internally), but such details were hidden, even though the sales rep knew how far we were travelling. To make the best of the sad situation, we thought lets take the car for a test drive - the drive quality may outweigh the cosmetics we thought - unfortunately it didn't. To top it all up the sales rep had a stinking attitude - a really stinking attitude.

When I picked up my car the original damage had been repaired but in the process substantially more damage was caused to the strap above and below the bumper. The next day, after I had to chase them up, it was agreed that something went very wrong and Chandlers agreed to pick up the car to fix the damage they caused. In the end they had my car over a week in total, and caused again more damage, having to order in more parts, delaying the return of my vehicle. I must say that I would be very reluctant to return my vehicle to their shop in the future.

I cannot believe the lack of communication i received from the salesman at Chandlers Brighton BMW when I inquired about a car that was on the website. He wasn't sure they had it, took my number and said he would call back but he never did. Subsequently I called another BMW dealership and guess what, I bought their car instead. Surely this must go down as the worse customer service ever. Maybe he didn't want to sell a car that day. I would welcome some sort of explanation as my new car might be serviced by chandlers as they are my local dealer but then again maybe i cant be bothered either.
