On handover day I had a mishap en route. Kyle Whittlesey was kind, helpful and patient. He sourced the exact car we wanted with everything we had asked for on it. He had great knowledge of the cars and our requirements. The mishap was quickly rectified and I was put at ease. Service over and above. Recommend asking for him if you are looking to buy or exchange your BMW.

Ordered my car in July 2023 Should have received the car on 4th week September. Was told another month , then told it was built and was in Germany , then told it was now in Mexico then told it was on a boat to be told in December that it was on hold awaiting parts 😂 so basically a they took my car and sold it to a retail customer. All I can say is they have lied to me for months and would not recommend.

I travelled 112 miles to test drive a 30k used car I had already placed a deposit on ( albeit another branch of Group 1) to a car described as superb. The convertible roof was covered in green moss and filthy. When we complained we were told it was because of nearby water and the used car sales manager described us on several occasions as being pedantic like him. No apology whatsoever for its condition so we will no longer be purchasing the vehicle.

WITHOUT PREJUDICE. My car went in for a coolant leak repair, technician took for a "test drive", crashed and wrote the car off, car was then recovered by the police. Technician assured the dealership he wasn't speeding (look at the pictures) Insurance only paid out "market value" not "replacement value" and I was unable to replace my car "like for like" which is all I asked. They supplied a hire car (after BMW UK intervened after I contacted them) until I had no option but to accept the insurers value. Now thousands out of pocket to replace my car through no fault of my own, but felt like it was actually my fault, causing stress and sleepless nights. Chandlers washed their hands of it saying they resolved the situation, which they did not. Chandlers offered no compensation. BMW UK offered £1500 off any car on BMW forecourts Never received official apology Very poor indeed.

Really happy with the way Jason in the Sales Team handled things for me. Made the whole process very straight forward from start to finish, even took my emails/texts on his day off. Thanks you Jason
Very bad customer service and aftercare. The car was not as described and very over priced. I have had to replace 2 tyres and other things already. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Peter at bmw was rude and irate when i asked for the specification of the vehicle without giving him a deposit he accused me of wasting his time as we had agreed a good price. Complained to his manager Ben and never received a call back about buying the car. I mean how dare i ask for the spec before i purchase a 42K car.
