Well I am disabled and cannot read and write and my ex husband was getting a car for me and it was not cheap and the miles on agrment number were far from right they were 5000 higher and I took out cover for repairs but wen I had phoned because of the higher mileage Chapelhouse Southport told me I was not covered wen this as now came 2 light as I am selling car not as it not only dropped my money selling also with in first year I ad paid out £1400 in repairs and drop £500/£600 in sale price please can any one tell me how this is an error as the error as began from start 2 finish I thought that a mot was a important document.

I have bought a brand new vehicle from Chapelhouse Southport. Within weeks I was stranded numerous occasions with a faulty gearbox. RAC shipped back with 'no faults' found and a standard re-calibration of automatic gearbox each time. The first time his happened the car was only 3 weeks old. Currently have a further fault unresolved since November 18. Stonewalled on each occasion I called to speak to someone to get it resolved. When I eventually spoke to a manager (had to go in and demand face to face meeting) given false promises of manufacturer testing. Chased this up again to being stonewalled and this manager never being able to take my call! Disgusting treatment. I have no words to describe how I feel after spending a considerable amount of money on a brand new vehicle to be left like this. This dealership should be brought to task for dodgy practices. I have had to escalate this matter to the MOTORING Ombudsman. I can only pray that they can take this forward to a satisfactory conclusion!! Avoid these sharks at all costs!

My experience at Chapelhouse Southport is very very very bad i was told do not go there to purchase a car from other people who had dealings with this company. It was the biggest mistake in my life in all the cars that i have ever bought, they sold me a broken car in march and still have the same starting problem till now.The first time i took it back with the fault they said its a small problem they will fix it,i ended up taking it back with the same problem over a dozen timesand its still not fixed .Finally i went back complaining the car still has the same starting problem and it has not been fixed at all and that i dont want it anymore.First time I got the manager talking to me and he promised me to fix it this time extending my warranty and giving me a full tank of fuel to keep me happy.However i then realised this was a trick to go over the cancellation period 14 days . They tricked me then and now i was stuck with a faulty car they cant even fix (bad maintenance), after a while i went back again they put a new battery saying thats the problem and its totally fixed. Again went back with the same starting problem and a scratch that been hiddin with a sticker i was very upset about what they done all together, so they decide to fix the scratch and putting a new battery again saying the first one they put was the wrong one. After a while went back again with the same starting problem,so the manager gave me a courtesy car and he decide to drive my car for a week, i got a phone call after two days saying my car is ready and nothing wrong with it. Thinking that i am stupid and they could trick me again i had clocked the mileage when i dropped it off.My car was left there for 2 days and was parked both days at the same spot ,i drove past every night and i saw my car there. I was then called after 2 days and told its been fixed and that the car was driven for two days without any fault.I counted the miles on the meter and the car had been driven for 5 miles.The fault is not fixed.I feel i was conned and ripped off by them.I will never go back there. ( warning to everyone dont buy a car from this discusting place).
Very happy with customer service at Chapelhouse Southport. No pressure ,would highly recommend, chris salesman provided all details concerning vehicle couldn't fault would definitely recommend, satisfied customer will definitely return thanks

We have bought a few Citroens from Chapelhouse Southport and also tried and failed to buy at St.Helens Chapelhouse. Terrible service patronising staff -especially if you are female. If you have a technical problem with the vehicle they are literally "lost in France" and not in a good way!!! Also don't buy the service plan from them it is a CON. I have found this company to be nothing but a cash-grabbing machine. They have replaced parts and carried out work that has been expensive and unnecessary, and still not fixed problems that my car was taken in for. I do not recommend Chapelhouse in Southport.
