We recently puchased a Kia Niro at Chapelhouse Southport. Tom Barrett the young man who dealt with us was very professional and courteous.Nothing was to much trouble and went through the workings of the car in detail. Would not hesitate to deal with them again.
My daughter with my help purchased a car in August 2019 and we took out a special offer with Chapel House of a 3 year RAC Road recovery deal for £300. When recently my daughter needed the RAC she was informed by them that the deal only lasted 2 years and they couldn’t assist her. I visited the company several weeks ago and they promised to give her a free 12 months Recovery cover with another company but she wanted to clarify that as she lives in Scotland that this company covers that part of the U.K. Despite constant phone calls and emails by myself and daughter they haven’t given us an answer, Obviously they want us to forget the issue and go away which we will not do. Dealing with very dishonest people.

From when I entered the showroom to picking up my car I was kept informed how things, were progressing. Shane, was friendly, courteous and professional and a credit to the company if I could give him 11 out of 10 I would. Phill Holland
I have reported a fault on my new (ish) MG3 ( 209 with just 6k miles on it) I have been made to feel I am wasting their time they have had it in THREE times third time saying nothing wrong. At the point of dropping it off for its third visit I left letters for service manager asking specific questions - 2 months on NO REPLY - when I first bought the car June this year the service record and handbook were absolutely soaking wet, this was in my letter to MG Manager as again STILL waiting for replacements so I have NO instructions for this car. UTTERLY APPALLING AFTER SALES CARE - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

The worst sales service ever experienced! Had 3 cars off this disastrous “show room” and each one was sold with false advertisement, false information and problem after problem wrong with it and when staff are questioned they are the most idiotic, abrupt, rude unhelpful piece of shit known

Part exes a celerio 2015 for brand new 2018 model. Done 5600 miles in 2 years and clutch is now faulty. Went to chapel house and they were not interested. Said it was not covered under warranty and waited all day. I am 79 years old and a very careful driver. Avoid this dealer sat all costs. Worst aftercare I have ever experienced
please avoid this yard. Blocked my mobile didn't answer a number of emails and calls of other line. They didn't pay existing finance on time 2 weeks late causing a fine. Tried a number of times to contact both sales person and manager, didnt want to know, when I finally spoke to them was told yes they paid it 2 weeks late even though they had the new finance and they could not do anything. Please avoid this car dealership.

Having a right arm wrestle with this company. I have been waiting for 6weeks to have my car repaired. I have been told that the warranty company will not the sanction the cost of the repair. To say I am fed up is a little statement. Myself and my wife and our legal representative went into the Wigan branch where I purchased the car. I had been told previously that if it couldn't be fixed they would exchange the car for one of the same spec. I brought this statement up only to have the statement denied and in the end I was called a liar. At this point I left the room and left the negotiations with my legal rep. This is the last time I will deal with this company. They are fine when they are selling but if a problem occurs you are treated with a pathetic disdain. Stay clear at all costs.

Well I am disabled and cannot read and write and my ex husband was getting a car for me and it was not cheap and the miles on agrment number were far from right they were 5000 higher and I took out cover for repairs but wen I had phoned because of the higher mileage Chapelhouse Southport told me I was not covered wen this as now came 2 light as I am selling car not as it not only dropped my money selling also with in first year I ad paid out £1400 in repairs and drop £500/£600 in sale price please can any one tell me how this is an error as the error as began from start 2 finish I thought that a mot was a important document.
