I bought my car back in Feb 2024, there was a few issues which needed fixing. I told them I want them fixing before I pick the car up. I was told the car would be ready to collect on such a date, so I arranged for my insurance to swap over on the said date. They contacted me to tell me the work wasn't completed, but I said I needed to collect this car on the agreed date, as I would incur charges with my insurance if I had to swap the change over date, to which chapelhouse said they couldn't cover this fee. So after chasing several times after collecting the car to get the issues fixed, they only have fixed half of the issue and made it worse. The sales rep has now gone on Mat leave and another sales rep is telling me this complaint will be closed as the issue was fixed, clearly its not been fixed as they have made it worse and will not take liability for this, even though I have email proof of the sales rep dealing with this that she will get this sorted and speak to her manager. Absolutely shocking customer service and they are just wanting to dismiss you with any issues once you have left the forecourt with the vehicle. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Chapelhouse Ainsdale PR8. Yeah the staff especially a woman called Cathryn looked to be overworked and underpaid tbh. Anyway idk why but Kia sent us a letter saying they no longer work at Chaplehouse. No more Kia at ChapelHouse Kia. 🤷♂️
Happy to take your money and then wash their hands of you after selling you a faulty vehicle. It’s no wonder Kia stripped them of their dealerships. Avoid at all costs!!!
Appalling service from Warrington Kia Garage. My Grandad went for an MOT, he asked them to look at his wing mirrors to which they said they don’t have the tools despite it being a garage. He waited 7 hours in the garage for his car and when he was able to drive his car home he noticed over £10 was stolen from his car. Absolutely disgusting and we will not be returning

On 05/07/2022, I put £500 on a deposit for a pre order for a Kia Soul 2023 at Chapelhouse Warrington Kia. It was so I could be one of the first to order a 2023 Kia Soul that was out in USA but not U.K.. I I started to have second thoughts when the biggest dealership [owned by Kia] in nearby Bolton said that they would not start a pre order list for a car where there were absolutely no details from Kia. To cut a long story short I started phoning the dealership in Warrington on a regular basis [5 calls] a few weeks back and the customer service receptionists were always delightful — but the salesman concerned is either not available or on holiday. I never got a call back until last Thursday on 11/08/2022, when I was told that it would definitely would arrive by bank transfer. It is now the following Monday PM and there is still no sign. I have got the evidence of the bank transfer but it was by debit card. I will now use my bank or Resolver if it does not arrive tomorrow

After buying a used Suzuki Ignis in October 21 and being promised that the car had an mcp check and had just been serviced, we were contacted in December by Suzuki to say a service was due! We had to have the brakes adjusted when we returned home. Also, we had to have the car serviced. This garage is not trustworthy and will say anything to get a sale. We also left without the car manual and Service Record booklet as they couldn't find them. They said they would post them. It took over 3 months of trying to contact them to get these items. It is more than difficult to contact them via phone calls or emails and when you do make contact, they take no action. There is no after sales service until you dedicatedly pursue them. I would give them zero stars in each category if it were possible.
Have bought five cars from Chapelhouse Warrington in the last few years. (Mainly dealt with Paul) Have received excellent service each time and cannot praise them enough. My Kia Souls were great but my two Sportages even better and I now have a Sorento with seven seats.
