My experience at Chapman’s autocentre for my car's MOT and service was nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a car service and MOT as the workers were kind, diligent and professional. At first we were reluctant to use this autocentre after reading a negative feedback online however after discussing our concerns with the manager, we were quickly put at ease as our concerns were addressed in a professional and comprehensive manner and we felt confident leaving the car in their hands. After enquiring about an air condition system bad smell, we were not only given details about a cleaning product and how to use it but they gave us the product free of charge. Will definitely be getting MOT and service done there again next year.
AVOID AVOID AVOID *** Avoid Chapmans Autocentre (Bayton Rd, Exhall, Coventry) at all costs *** Is it acceptable for the garage owner Dan to 'test drive' my car over 400 miles, including to Manchester and back? No!!! Absolutely not!! (I have evidence of mileage from when car was towed to garage and mileage on car when collected). Although he admitted to driving it to manchester, When questioned why he drove it so far, all he could reply with is "why would he want to drive my car out of choice when he has a lovely BMW with a great sound system". Good for you big man. After paying him £700, he also wished that my car broke down on the way home! Absolutely disgusting, dishonest service from day one.

Bought a car from Chapman's and it broke shortly after. They then picked it up to repair and decided to take it out for a 1am joyride the wrong way down a bus lane which meant I got a fine notice through from the local council. The car then broke down again a few weeks later and (despite still being under warranty) they refused to pay out in full. Do yourself a favour and buy from a different company!

I have bad experience with this Auto center
Dan was able to fix my wheel bearing at very short notice was just before closing time and he went the extra mile and was willing to stay and sort out my van. very friendly and am very happy with the service thanks a lot. definitely be going there from now on and recommending to others.
