I bought a Vauxhall Astra from this dealership back in April and The initial service was okay but they said the car had been fully checked but the oil light has come on and there is a rattling noise coming from the doors so I will need to take the car back in when I get the time. The car was really good value for money and overall I would say the service was pretty good and I would recommend them.

Our family have purchased numerous vehicles through the years from Chariots. We have always felt we have purchased decent value well presented cars. Never any sales hassle on the purchase.The starter period unconditional warranty has always brought great peace of mind. We would not go anywhere else.
At the beginning of April I went to Chariots Of Romford and purchased a Vauxhall Corsa. Everything went really well and I am really happy with the car. There was a little dent in it but they got rid of it for me in a couple of days so that was no issue. The car was really good value for money and I have already recommended this dealership to my girlfriend and family members.

They've tried to rectify this on many occasions, but haven't been successful. 8 months down the line, the issue is still here. I don't recommend.

As this customer is aware, we have made exceptional efforts in time and money to diagnose and rectify this intermittent problem. We are have changed enumerate parts including 2 new full clutch system components. We continue to offer our support should a firm diagnosis become available. We have sent trained mechanics to the customer's house, and have driven this car for hours without symptoms being present. I the business owner, have also meet the customer outside of business hours to drive this vehicle for well over an hour and again, no symptoms present.
This used car dealer sold me a car. Two weeks later the gearbox has broken and now they are messing me about. I have reported them to trading standards and am going to take them to small claim court and recover my money from bank card.

The car is running well, it's been on its first big trip and there was no problems. The sale was very relaxed, there was no pressure I just went in and looked around. I would happily recommend them based on my experience.

I will start by saying I didn't purchase my car from this particular dealership. I went to purchase the car, the bank had paid them the money and they then had to get me a refund as they had already sold it to someone else which was disappointing. The dealership themselves were fine other than that, the car was clean and well prepared and the service was alight. The car was also good value for money. All in all I would recommend Chariots Of Romford.

They were really helpful, car was perfect. No issues at all so no reason to contact them in the 2 months since I have had the car
