Purchased a car in December 2014. To get straight to the point I have to take my car back to Chariots of Romford but they have advised me regarding the fault and are helping me with this. So what I can tell you at this stage is that they are really good, helpful and I would definitely recommend this car dealer in Essex.

To begin with, I did have a small issue with the clutch, this was sorted quickly and easily, apart from that there was no problems and everything ran smoothly, the car was clean and exactly as described and the dealer was helpful. I would recommend Chariots of Romford.

I found the car I wanted from Chariots of Romford a few months back now. To help other people I am leaving this review and have to say that overall the dealership was average but I did have a big problem with my vehicle which was not sorted which is why I unfortunately wouldn't recommend them

Do I recommend this dealership? YES. Everything was excellent at Chariots of Romford. Really can not fault them for anything during my buy back in Sepot, everything was done very quickly and it all happened very smoothly. Cant ask for much more can you!

Lovely guys at this garage very helpful and friendly - had a very easy uncomplicated experience and they even went and got the tax disk for me as I was in a rush. Would definitely go back again and again. Car has been no trouble what so ever really pleased I found this garage.
