Having purchased cars from CH Belfast, Lexus and a Toyota we were lied to, given false assurances. On collection vehicle was dirty and parts which were to be fixed were not. To top it off 17 minutes (seemed like an hour) we waited to be acknowledged by a member of the team when we went to pick up the vehicle. It’s that bad I am currently getting my Lexus service done in Hull as I don’t trust CH Belfast at all.

Son's car, purchased 3 month's ago with a 6 month warranty. Exhaust fell off - it was worn and should not have been sold. Won't book it in for over 2 weeks, want to charge for a courtesy car, and told him it would need a diagnostics check, costing £168. Diagnostics check ffs - the exhaust is lying in the boot! They also intimated that the repairs might cost because might not cover them. Cowboys. Will do anything to avoid honouring the warranty and aftercare.

Purchased car from them, which was straight forward. Car had no car mats or spare key. Advised that mats would be posted and they had someone organised to contact me the following week to provide spare key...14months later and I continue to wait for both!! Emails, calls and messages left are all ignored and not responded to. Have been contacted twice by them about MOT and servicing, which they had totally wrong each time. Both times asked about spare key and mats and told, they'd pass the message on. Still I wait. Poor altogether and subsequently, will not return. Disappointing as their Lisburn branch had always been so good to me.

Never buy a car from these people , daughter bought car from them 21 days later car broke down , after been told it was all checked , took 25 days for car to be fixed after a lot off messing around chasing them to fix it and never even have her a car for the time she didn't have here, warranty is a joke, don't not buy car from these people only want ur money not interested in helping you after that
This was my first mobility car, so was very nervous. Eion mcalaster dealt with my car journey from beginning to end. Offering us time to ask question. Eion was very helpful and his approach was relaxing. All done on time and sorted without any issues. It was also nice to hear if we had any issues not to be afraid to call him again. i bought a toyota avensis from charles hurst toyota dundonald a couple of days later 4 warning lights came on the dashboard their solution to the problem was to turn out the lights several lays later warning lights back on again this was an ongoing problem they refused to address the issue until the warranty was up and they wanted 1900 to fix my car fh17fpj almost 18 months later the 4 warning lights are coming on the dashboard on a regular basis i have done some research and i have found out that after a long period with a fault in your car your entitled to a refund or a replacement vehicle i contacted toyota finance they said they would investigate but when i first had these issues they went against me im a taxi driver and im out of work i asked could i give the car back i have paid at least 75 percent of what i owe i know what the outcome will be they will side with the dealership i would not recommend anyone to buy a car from them

Very strange communication - I left three messages with two very pleasant guys who stated my message had been given. Never got a call back. I wanted to place my order. Then I got an email stating that the sales person had took my number wrong. I did not respond as I had already placed my order with another dealer. However to my surprise I received a telephone call on my number. No explanation given would not answer my question...stated she had not been given my messages because there was no receptionist....I have to say I am very disappointed....

Purchased a near new 308 hybrid 7 months ago and loved it. Paid a lot of money for it and has so far ran well and had little complaints. But got its first service since I bought the car and revealed there was no pollen filter cap. When I contacted them about it they said it wasn’t under their warranty, not something they would check when they buy and sell the car and that I should contact the manufacturer. Feel fobbed off, and that all parts should be there when I spend so much on a car.

My daughters car was purchased April 2023. September 2023 back to dealer. New engine need. Extended Warranty was purchased at time of buying car. First told courtesy car no longer given but 3 weeks later, after a number of calls finally given a car. Now January 2024 and still no car. On top of this email received stating another £1500 of work required. Brakes,drive shaft etc. All things that should have been checked before the car was sold. Diputed this amount and after much tooing and froing this has reduced to £280. Not sure she wants the car back as all trust in this dealer is gone especially as she has a special needs toddler and a new baby on the way
