Absolutely WORST PATHETIC customer experience I ever had. Avoid like plague. Bought a £50k Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Was lied to by salesman and given run around and ignored. Warranty and aftersales non existent. compalined to Sales manager and passed to 5 different people as staff dropping like flies. Contact main customer service/complaints. Zero response and not forced t go legal route. I would advise anyone to stay well away and do your homework/ Word cannot express my frustration....... Thanks for quick response below. Its a pity tour colleagues are not as responsive. I have sent mail and await as prompt a response. Even gets better. Having complained for 8 months and being ignored. They eventully agreed to return and refund in full for car. Got verbal and writtten approval from 2 senior staff memebrs. Brought car up with all paerwork, keys and V5. Was promised money would be in my bank within 3 days. Got a call 2 days later and told were deducting £3,000 for mileage. Never mentioned or discussed. Eventually went egal and response was a wriiten threat to report me to authorities for their mistake. Unbelivable and going legal and will cost them twice as much monet for their mistake. They have my money and my car ...... Will upload all documentation to websites and car forums once case is complete. AVOID CHARLES Hurst AT ALL COSTS. NIGHTMARE

Recently picked up a BMW 1 series from the Newtownabbey branch and couldn’t be happier with it. Glenn and Jonny were brilliant each step of the way, car was gleaming when I picked it up. Any questions I had were answered immediately and the whole process was very smooth. Would definitely recommend.

We have just purchased a Volkswagen Golf the bonnet and bumper needed tidying which they did to a high standard Garner and Claire helped us through the process and both have said any problems just give them a call so far so good thanks again Garner and Claire Gary and Jackie from Lurgan
I don’t normally take the time to review a company but on this occasion it was a must . We had the most excellent service from Dean at Charles hurst Newtownabbey He didn’t make it a sales journey or have any of the cheesy add on sales patter which was very much appreciated He listened to what we wanted and gave us all the information we needed Dean took the time to present this to us in a very clear and Informative manner with lots of options to meet our needs which enabled us to feel in control of our Purchase Thanks Dean and it was a pleasure doing business with yourself We look forward to picking our new car up

AVOID AVOID AVOID I have been told many bad stories about this company and believe the only good reviews are from commission payed employees. I paid a lot of money for a VW Golf from these people. After approximately 3000 miles I realised the passengers footwell was soaking wet. I took it back to them. They had it for 7 days claiming they sealed a rear speaker to fix the issue. The car floor is now soaking. They have undoubtedly made the problem worse. They are now saying this damage isn't anything to do with them. Why then did they work at the car for seven days. Their employees are obviously totally incompetent. Utterly rubbish service from Charles Hurst. They obviously sell dodgy vehicles. Avoid at all costs and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I bought the Toyota c-hr from dean on 16/01/2021. Dean was very friendly and down to earth, we had. Good laugh and he made me feel very comfortable. Everything was very socially distanced and all rules were adhered to. I’m so pleased with my purchase which was made easy and comfortable with Deans help. I would definitely recommend Toyota especially Dean for his helpfulness from start to finish, he even rang me today for a follow up, making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I’m delighted.

Bought car (which I am very happy with) with guarantee of 3 yrs free servicing instead of getting money off sale price. I was in my 20s, female and had to borrow money to pay for car. On going to drop car off for service, was told no record of free servicing on my file, and salesmen deny giving me the deal. Made to feel like a crook and a liar. No apologies given for not calling me to clarify this; I had to drive long distance to drop my car off, was unwell and had brought my baby along whole journey too. Could have at least had decency to call me to discuss instead of putting me to trouble of driving distance and claiming I was a liar in front of people in show room. Extremely disappointed in the ethos of this company. Make promises at sales then renege on them. I wasn't wise enough to get this guarantee in writing, I was told at the time it was in my file on the computer but didn't see it with my own eyes. Do not trust anyone in this company, especially Richard.
