Terrible customer service. We booked with the dealer to view a car. Turned up to be told someone else was just going to take it for a test drive, an hour later was told they had bought it. Disgusting. Three hour round trip wasted. Would not use this dealer.
I came across Charnwood Cars online while I was looking for a Volkswagen Polo. I did PX my car but it wasn't worth much. The Polo they had was clean and in good condition. The staff were helpful too!

I bought a car from here in February and I found the service from Charnwood Motors to be very good. They were super friendly and helpful and the car was immaculate when I picked it up. I have had my Seat Ibiza fora few month now and I have had no issues with it at all. It's a really good car and was worth every penny. The dealers were really knowlegable and knew what they were talking about. The car was lovely and clean when I collected it. They were brilliant.
