I phoned twice on two different days to try book a test drive and view a car. No one answered my calls! Third time, a receptionist answered but stated that all sales staff were busy. She took my phone number and advised that Findlay would call me back later. That was two weeks ago and I'm still awaiting that call back! In the meantime I've test driven a different vehicle and placed an order for a new car with another dealer. Sale lost I say.

We have now purchased five cars from this dealership, both new and used over the past several years, I am delighted to say that at no time have I been pressured or coerced into any purchase. The entire team from the manager to the sales team have been professional and knowledgeable, and if at any time there has been a problem it has been sorted quickly and efficiently. I thoroughly recommend this dealership.
I was very pleased with Charters Citroen, there was absolutely no pressure during the sale, I was able to browse at my own pace and they answered any questions I had, I felt very comfortable that I was making a good choice and I'm very happy with my new car.

The guys at the Charters Citroen were fine until I drove the car out. Told me my Citroen C-Zero would do up to 100 miles on a full charge and i can barely get 40 miles out of it. I've contacted the dealer and they told me it would get better the more I used it, which has turned out to be completely false. No after sales care from this dealership they aren't interested in helping me at all. I've had to buy a second car elsewhere as I cannot rely on it to take me anywhere as the battery drains so fast. I'd give it back to Charters in Aldershot if I could.

This dealer was so commercial and hardcore trying to squeeze every last penny out of a deal that I basically walked away. Waited a long time to have my offer accepted and then told there was an extra £50 charge - for absolutely no reason, for things that were already published as part of the deal. Sales manager came to talk to me explaining that he was doing everything he could to make the deal as if should be grateful???? I bought the car in the end - on my terms - but not before walking out as they were so hard nosed and them trying to blackmail me into making me think THEY were doing me a favour... what a load of nonsense I had to deal with!!! Do they want to sell cars or treat people like idiots and squeeze extra cash out of them for no reason??? Other Citroen dealers in the area have a much less aggressive approach go there instead!!
