There was a small issue with the car when I bought it, but they sorted it out immediately—no hassle whatsoever. Their customer service is top-tier! Very happy with my Ford Focus; it is nice to drive. All of the staff at Cheadle Car Sales were so friendly and helpful. I don't have a bad word to say about anything that they did for me, and I cannot think of any reason why I would not score them a solid five stars.

I seen a BMW touring for sale on Ebay, I contacted them and they told me they had only just got it in stock that day and it was being prepared for sale. I asked for a video and Dan kindly sent me a video and showed me that one of the tyres needs replacing and there was a scratch on the wing which they would paint. I was happy to take the car subject to the work being done and the car being delivered to me as agreed. Fast forward a couple of days later the car arrived on time with the work completed and we couldn't be happier, we have had the car 2 months now and been on a couple of long runs and the car didn't miss a beat! Very happy and would recommend them.

My Suzuki Swift is lovely, glad I came across this garage on the Autotrader, have been searching for a Swift and this one is perfect. The car was immaculately clean when we picked it up and its running really well. Hopefully wont need to change anytime soon, but if I do I'd go back to use them again.

I don’t know much about cars so took my mum and my boyfriend, Dan was very helpful, he explained everything to us. I put car sales near me in the search engine and lucky for me Cheadle Car Sales came up. Now that I've used them will be recommending to friends.

Service I received from sales guy was really good, Very happy with car so far but didn’t notice that one of wing mirrors doesn’t work, I suppose I should have checked before leaving, when I get time I'll go back over for them to take a look. Judging from how they were when I bought the car, I'm sure they will sort it.
