Please never ever use this garage I bought a car in which the bonnet release should of been fixed before giving me the car . It wasn’t I then expressed concerns about other issues it was having and took it back a second time to whcih they were rude and dismissed and said things like ‘ it’s probs your aircon making the noise luv ‘ I then get the car back saying sorry it had a coolant leak , their mechanic didn’t check anything and actually did have errors with the car which resulted in the tracking be off and dangerous to the point I wasn’t allowed the car back , tyres were bald due to their issues.there was also a strange noise coming out the car After getting the car back again it had the same issue with steering and the noise was still present they then admitted a 3 td time their mechanic didn’t even check these after I expressed concerns at this point I have no trust in them fixing this and now know of others who have been completely ripped off by them . 3 times been told the car was fixed and they didn’t even bother to check what my concern's were and turns out the car was illegal and not road worthy twice ! I asked for a refund and they said ‘ take me to court your not getting it and shouted at me down the phone ‘ I will be taking them to court Until then Be careful !

Friendly fast , my fab fiesta delivered to prestatyn . I know if I have a problem with this vehicle dan will assist to correct . I am at the moment more than happy happy. Hope some one will be happy with my trade in .looks fab got a bit tearful seeing her lol girl thing. Thanks Dan

Spoke over the phone about a car I was interested in, didn’t take me long to change my mind as even over the phone was rude and unprofessional, they asked me how much I thought my car was worth that I wanted to part exchange and when I said how much I was laughed at! Even though after they did some research to realise I was right I decided against asking for more information about the car as customers shouldn’t be laughed at or made to feel stupid so lost yourselves a sale!

Bought a mercedes benz from these guys, they have been fantastic throughout the whole deal. My MOT was a short ticket ( 2 month ) they paid for a new one soon as it run out. The car passed, they dont have crap bangers in there, keep their cars clean, tidy & on point with maintenance. Definitely use them again in the future

My son bought a 2009 BMW coupe 320i three weeks ago. The customer service from Dan and his colleagues was excellent and the after service care was superb. The car is running like a dream and my son is made up with his first car. Thanks from very a happy customer!

I made this mistake, trusting them and they can’t be. I recently bought a Suzuki Jimny from this garage for £4000 to use as a little 4x4 runaround for cycling (bike carrier to go on the tow bar) and local travel. Almost immediately I noticed it was leaking oil and so had it booked into my local garage where they had to replace the oil sump pan. Also the spare tyre was punctured and that needed fixing. The bill was £312. I contacted Cheadle Car Sales after this but I was just ignored. I also have noticed the detachable tow bar does not fit into the housing so I’m expecting another bill to sort that. There is no way they weren’t aware of these issues. I see other reviewers have had similar problems and I would recommend car buyers to go elsewhere.

I'm not normally one to write reviews but in this case I felt it necessary to warn people about this company. I called them to look at a car but when I arrived I was met by a salesman with an appalling manner. He was rude, unfriendly and had a 'couldn't care less' attitude. The trade-in he offered was less than the cost of the tyres on my car which incidentally were in far better condition than the ones on the car I was initially interested in. Also, my car had a longer MOT than the one I could have bought from them. Although to give him credit, he did offer to have it MOT'd. However, the cost he gave was £100! A nice round figure you might think but the official DVSA maximum fee is £54.85 and you can get it cheaper from many reputable garages. Alarm bells were ringing by then and I made a number of excuses before walking away. Thank god I did. I could say much more but hopefully what I have said is enough to warn you. Before writing this review I looked at what others had to say so I am not alone in my feelings towards Cheadle Car Sales. Please avoid them at all costs!
