Nothing is too much trouble at chequers, we arrived before time to pick up our new car but it wasn’t a problem, the paperwork had been done efficiently money handed over almost painlessly! Then serge explained the controls on the car to us & we drove off extremely happily into the sunset! We are looking forward to some pleasant motoring all thanks to chequers cars! Bought a Fiat 500x in July from Chequers. In August starting having issues, as it was still under warranty took it to a Fiat dealership. Four months later still not sorted, even after being in contact with Fiat in Italy!!! I spoke to Matt and he asked that we took the car back to him. He was going to arrange for the car to go to a dealership in Guildford. I received a call from Gary saying that enough was enough and that Chequers would supply us with a replacement car and would reimburse us with the difference. This offer we took up. Chequers commitment to its customers is amazing. The customers satisfaction is paramount to Chequers. All the guys there are great. Traded wifeys Jazz in a Chequers cars for a newer Nissan Note, Gary was our contact throughout, Gary was a true gentleman throughout the process ( which was somewhat dropped on him as we rolled up and exchanged cars on the 1st visit) I was delighted at no upsale of paint finishes or upholstery protection was even mentioned, what a relief !!
