I called Cherrytree Car Sales to inquire about a car on the website, with the intention of purchasing it providing all was well, which was a mistake. I asked whether it had had any work done such as brakes, clutch etc, to which he responded in a condescending tone that he "had absolutely no idea" and suggested I should "just come and look at it mate". To summarize I think he's an ignorant, unprofessional and rude individual and I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him.

I emailed Jamie at Cherry Tree Car Sales on a Thursday evening about a Honda Civic I had seen on his website, he emailed me back directly and said he would hold the car until Saturday for us to go and view. we live approx 50 miles away so this was helpful. We arrived late Saturday morning and he was very busy but had the courtesy to acknowledge us and let us look at and in the car until it was our turn to be served. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He answered our questions and we took the car for a drive on our own. The car was in very good order and immaculate. We have now had the car a couple of months and are thrilled with it. I would definitely recommend Jamie at Cherry Tree Car Sales to anybody who needed a good reliable used car. We would confidently use him again.

We purchased at little 04 plate Fiat Panda from Jamie at Cherrytree. The car was nicely presented and all out questions were answered quickly and supporting documentation presented for our perusal . Jamie let us take the car alone on a test drive and after giving it a good all round visual inspection we decided it was just the run around we wanted. Paid by BACS on the Friday and went back and picked the car up on the Sunday . A very quick professional and easy transaction to say the least. Two weeks later we noticed a fuel leak from near the petrol tank, took it back and without hesitation the car booked in for repair and the faulty part replaced quickly. Reading another review I think it was harsh to write that review and to me smacks of a time waster, full of self importance and more than likely someone who would be demanding a free domino's pizza if they were 30 seconds later in delivering, one could assume that they may also have been a pervious guest on the Jeremy Kyle TV show but that's my personal opinion. I would disregard it's content as someone spitting their dummy out. I believe I have quite high standards with regard to customer service (I have my own small business) and Jamie et Al more than met my standards. Absolutely no customer service, guy I spoke to over the phone just to inquire about the vehicle I was interested in and he was extremely rude, did not answer any of my questions. Asked if could send me some more photos of the interior and under the bonnet to see the engine, said no just look at the pictures on autotrader. Then I mentioned what about the owners and service history, said you have to come in and see that, also mentioning I live 70 miles away and would prefer if could help me out a little rather than make a 70 mile trip, I mean hello I'm the one wanting to by the car, your not doing a good job at selling it lol. Good luck to Cherrytree Car Sales with that attitude.
