After ringing to check a Freelander was still for sale which was confirmed, we turned up to find out it had just been sold. After detailing our needs a Toyota Rav above our price limit was shown to us which was subsequently reduced at the viewing after showing interest. We paid for the vehicle and were told it would be delivered free on the following Monday. After waiting til 2pm I rang and was told that due to staff sickness they were unable to deliver til Tuesday.I explained would not be at home from work til 10.30 am and on returning home at 10.30 the car and drivers were waiting for me and had no clue I wasn*t due home til 10.30. The staff were pleasant at all times,

Generally reasonably priced. Only bug bear was communication. They had a problem with number plate, not thier fault, fair enough. Keeping me advised about progress failed though. Said they'd get back to me, never did. Sort that out and they'll be on to a winner.

Fantastic experience buying from Cherrywood Cars. As soon as we made contact they had a car in mind for us straight away, which they had brought to the dealership and prepared for us in a matter of days. All minor work that needed doing was completed efficiently and to a brilliant standard so the car looked good as new. Brilliant service and great value without compromising on quality whatsoever. There was a misunderstanding where my car was not ready at the agreed upon time. The salesman there went above and beyond and lent me his car while they sorted it out. I am very pleased with the purchase.
