Brought a car from cherrywood cars last week pleased with it so far some cosmetic damage that I had noticed when I viewed the car was repaired to a lovely standard however I was a bit disappointed that some other damage had not been repaired also.

Called to view a Citroen DS3 on Saturday afternoon, viewed and purchased a few hours later. No pushy sales men, could take our time looking round and test driving, any issues (only minor cosmetic) would be taken care of. Great price for other cars of same model, age and mileage. 12 months MOT, warranty and a service included. Overrall very pleased with Cherrywood Cars, make you feel welcome and informed. Great customer service and can’t wait to pick up my new car. Would highly recommend :) Since purchasing the car, there was an issue with the battery. Returned to cherrywood, and they replaced the battery within 15 mins. Excellent

I bought a Mazda 6 from Cherrywood Cars in October 2017. The car overheated on the second day of use. The RAC diagnosed a leaking head gasket which Cherrywood Cars failed to repair. I therefore asked for a refund which Cherrywood Cars refused. Therefore, I took Cherrywood Cars to court. Cherrywood Cars did not contest my claim that the car was not fit for purpose, as described and of satisfactory quality, that repairs were not performed with reasonable skill and care, and that sale of the car was subject to fraudulent misrepresentation as the advertised 80 point check and service by qualified mechanics had not taken place. Therefore, the judge awarded a County Court Judgment (CCJ) against Cherrywood Cars.

We went to look at a car for my wife and found the staff very friendly and didn't place any pressure on us. A few items were raised and without hesitation they agreed to get them sorted and put 12 months MOT on the car. We haven't collected the car as yet but the experience so far has been great.

don't touch cherrywood cars won't honour the warranty will tell you lies you won't even get money back unless you take them to court as we are doing
