I have recently purchased a car from Cherrywood cars, I found the car on autotrader at a very good price. I went to view the car and the staff were very friendly and helpful with no hard selling, they also suggested I take the car for a test drive unaccompanied which put me at ease and gave me a good chance to get a feel for the car in an unpressured environment. I have not yet received the car, I am due to pick it up later in the week after it has received an mot and service free of charge, there is an extended warranty offer if customers leave a review. I am confident that I will be very happy with the car and the overall experience of buying from Cherrywood cars. Highly recommended.

I bought a Toyota Auris from these guys and they started me off with a full service, a fresh MOT and warranty which is great. I'm really happy with the way they treated me and with what they recommended, the car seems to be running very well so all in all a really good experience :)

Great experience at Cherrywood Cars. The lady that served was an absolute pleasure and incredibly helpful. The prices of the cars is low in comparison to the other dealers that we visited and the car we purchased is stunning. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cherrywood Cars to other buyers.

I have not received the car yet, so far I had a pleasant experience dealing with Cherrywood cars. They have given an excellent deal with MOT, service and warranty. Annabelle was not pushy and I was able to test drive the car alone which I much preferred. Looking forward to receiving the car soon! Will update the stars upon completion of the transaction.

Updating my rating after my dealing with Cherrywood cars. I’m having a really awful experience so far. Before I made the deposit I found that the rear right window wasn't working so I mentioned it to Annabelle and she promised to have it fixed before it was delivered. When the car was delivered the window wasn't fixed she blamed miscommunication between her colleagues. Also, the service book wasn't stamped for the latest service and I couldn't tax the vehicle because the MOT wasn't registered on the DVLA website. I called her again and she said she would check and call me back, I waited for a full day and didn't receive a call back, I had to call back each time to check to find out if it was sorted. She then proceeded to say she couldn't do anything about the window because the car had been "sold" and I had to contact Aftersales to sort it out. I called Blackstar and described the problems and they instructed me to take the car back to Cherrywood cars after all. They (Cherrywood cars) then tried to fix it but couldn't, said they needed to book it into another workshop. Daryl asked me to come back and collect the car and bring it back again the next week so they can take it to the workshop, whilst providing me with a courtesy car. When I drove back, he then told me they didn’t have the courtesy car that was promised and asked if I'd be ok take it to the workshop directly, and presumably wait all day with it. It’s proving to be very frustrating, and whilst the car wasn’t particularly expensive I would expect far better customer service than this. No action is taken unless you constantly call to chase for an update. I’ve wasted so much time dealing with these guys, and still don’t have the car I thought I was buying. I would avoid buying from them.
