Cherrywood Cars gave me a good deal and didn’t feel any pressure to buy. Was left to make my own decision. Rang up a few times for car up dates was always had a friendly and helpful response. Looking forward to collecting my car.

Pleasant buying experience, car as described but unfortunately the aircon doesn’t work so I have a chance to test the warranty as well. Will update rating and review after the aircon fixed :) David - Honda Civic.

Delivered the car to my address but without cleaning and washing the car. Sales team promised tyres will be changed as per advisory by MOT but tryres not changed. Driverside mirror cover missing and enquired but team not aware or trying to hide. Manager very rude and changing promises frequently. Otherwise happy with the car. Overall experience of buying from Cherrywood cars not smooth and not advisable until you see everything what they promised before you pay.

Hi Mohamed, many thanks for your review, and we are pleased you like your car. You purchased the car from us on Wednesday, we then MOT'd, and serviced the car for you, as you wanted the car delivered to your home 150 miles away from our garage by the Friday morning. You were advised at point of purchase, that this was not possible, and you told the manager, you had recorded staff saying that they would deliver the car - unsure as to why you would record a conversation about buying a car...…. We asked you to send us the recording of this conversation, however you failed to deliver this recording. Despite this, we managed to deliver your car by Saturday. We are apologise the car was delivered to you 'dirty', however we can assure you the car was fully valeted, however, after travelling 150 miles to your home address, it is inevitable it will not be pristine with road dust etc. We would also like to point out, you did not pay for the car until it was delivered to you, and you had seen the car? We visited on 30/06/18 (220 mile round trip and was worth it). Annabelle was our sales rep and she could not have been more helpful, Would highly recommend. 10/10 so far with customer care, keep it up.

I purchased a Renault Megane from Cherrywood on Saturday. The service at the dealership was excellent - I wasn't placed under any pressure to buy, and was given time to look around the car and take it for a test drive. There were a couple of cars I wanted to have a look at, and this wasn't a problem at all, with the decision on what to do left completely up to me. I haven't collected the car yet as it is being given a full service and then put through its' MOT, but so far impressions are excellent. The car is coming with 12 months' MOT and warranty as well as the service, which should give some piece of mind. I hope the good impressions pan out upon collection of the car, and will update my review accordingly once I have it.

Pleasure to buy a car from Cherrywood Cars. Purchased a car from here in May, with a 12 month Mot and warranty. I was asked to leave a review of my choice, rating and wording if I wanted to. Lovely helpful staff, cars are well presented on the pitch, and although I had a minor issue with the car in the last 2 weeks, it was dealt with swiftly, and I was fully reimbursed through the warranty cover. I highly recommend Cherrywood Cars, and would not hesitate to return to purchase from them in the future.
This is the second vehicle I've now purchased from Cherrywood Vars. This time for my daughter. All round excellent garage, friendly helpful staff, excellent range of good quality cars. After sales excellent. I'm sure I'll be back to purchase a third very soon for my other daughter!
